the worst "4" star I have ever seen, dirty, cluttered (i.e cardboard boxes with misc.junk in main lobby, wash basin of cleaning crew in front of reception desk...) holes in linen, ungroomed staff and owner, and I could go on ...they must have bought what was a four stars at one time and it has run amock... stay away!!
I asked why the ombrella on the so-called terrasse in front of the room (with no view, by the way) had to be old and dirty in this "class" of establishment I was told that "...one does not eat on the ombrella!"
we cancelled all and left even after paying for the full stay... and by the way this is a place where the customer/client is, of course always wrong!
