We have stayed there for many years now, sometimes twice a year and found such a warm friendly welcome from Nikitas and his housekeeper, (who is deaf but still trys to communicate very well)
His hospitality is fantastic, he loves to fish in his boat and will bring the catch for the cats or the BBQ
His BBQ is ledgendary, fresh fish, chichen ,pork, and home made food with of coarse home grown lemonds, tomatoes, and cucumber
He is a fantastic retired school teacher who loves to please, say hello and have a chat over an ouzo or two, you will find a very relaxing place to stay

An excellent holiday. The owners are very friendly and the location is beautiful.
It is a fair walk to the beach and the property would benefit from air conditioning but never the less, a perfect quiet holiday.

My wife and I have recently returned from Nikitas appartments in Pargs. Nikitas is possibly the best genuine and honest host I have ever met. I spent many mornings drinking Greek coffee and Metax (breakfast) with him and his house keeper. The appartments are spacious and typically Greek (basic) but extremely clean and tidy.
Nikitas is situated in the Valtos area of Parga with a 10 to 15 minute walk to the expansive and beautiful Valtos beach. Parga town is approximately 40 minutes walk away but the walk is stunning although there is a need to navigate a steep incline.
Nikitas is located in a quiet part of Valtos and I would recommend it to anyone wishing for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.
There is a mini-market located 150metres from Nikitas and the best restaurants are located in Parga town.
Parga is in my estimation one of the most scenic and beautiful places I have visited in Greece.
I cannot give the area a rating of 10 since I must reserve that for HEAVEN.
