I`ve had the pleasure of staying at the Nicolaou for the last four years. Nikos the owner is one of the most helpful & friendly people I`ve met in Parga. He also runs the well stocked mini-market at the front of the building. The studios are clean & spacious,especially no.... more

We stayed there end of June/early July 2011, selfcatering. We found our apartment very spacious, clean, quiet (there is no pool) but very close to the beach and 20 minutes or so from the town with a great selection of places to eat. Nichol is very friendly and helpful. is... more
