The Astra apartments are modern and clean, one minute from the green bakery and two minutes from the shops, but the noise at night from mopeds will drive you nuts, after a few nights we were praying for a good nights sleep. The back streets leading up to the castle where many of the tavernas are can be quite steep so if you have any walking difficulties be warned!
Parga itself is great, loads of shops-tavernas and the harbour is beautiful, we took the full day trip to Corfu town very nice, the beach in Parga is small but ok, all in all we had a very nice holiday we might go back but not to the Astra apartments.

These appartments are quite spacious,very clean and most important of all realy central. We stayed in Parga last year but on the outskirts and the 30 minute walk from the beach up a steep hill was a killer. There is some noise from the mopeds but it was so hot that we slept with the air contitioner on and the windows closed so it did not bother us. We will definately go back.
