I don't understand how this can be advertised as 4 star. I found it terrible. We were moved from our room once due to the stench of damp and cigarettes. The next room didn't smell thank goodness, but just had the flaking paint, stained bedsheets and general disrepair... more

Coming to stay with my family at the BAY Hotel was a true pleasure, the staff were very accomondating and polite. Not to mention the amazing suites with a view to die for!! Further more what struck me the most was how child friendly the whole environment was full off... more
