Stayed at the Spiros Apartments during August and I can safely say my friend and I will be going back. Anna is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are cleaned every couple of days with new sheets and towels. Although we had a downstairs room the view of the garden was lovely and in the afternoon we had a lovely cool breeze.
The air conditioning was a god send and the best we have ever experienced. It was that cool that at night you could wake up freezing and have to turn it off. It is well worth the 6 euro's per day. The safety deposit box was very useful too and only cost 10 euro for the week.
The apartments are basic but for how long you spend in them they are just what you need. The beds were very comfy. Our only little complaint were that the cooker provided was not adaquate for cooking on and the shower was so small the curtain stuck to you. Nice to have a kettle, toaster and sandwich maker though.
The apartments are a stone's throw from the beach and a couple of minutes walk to the main strip where there are numerous bars, restaurants and shops. There are also at least two supermarkets within a minute or two walk from the apartment.
If you want a pool you have numerous choice from many of the surrounding apartments and hotels. We found a really nice one just down the road but there were quite a few that looked great and not too packed considering it was peak season.
All in all we can't wait to go back and would happily stay here again.

This has to be the best apartments i have ever stayed in. The location is superb 2 secs to the beach and very short walks to the night life.
The apartments are very very clean and the owner Anna is so helpful she even let us keep our cases on in the room until our coach arrived and chilled our drinks for us. There is very much welcomed air con as temps get very high. TV, toaster, safety deposit box and even a sandwich maker.
Comes highly recommended please note this is NOT 18 to 30 material this is more for couples and people looking for a quiet holiday.
These are so good i have been back 24 hours and already booked the same apartments to go back next year.

Stayed at Spiros apts for 2 weeks, end of June beginning of July. The location is as the brochure says "best location in Tsilivi".
Stayed in room 10 which is upper floor and had views overlooking the sea.
Rooms are very basic but we’ve come to expect that in the Greek isles. They were cleaned frequently by the live in owner Anna whom, should any problems arise would always be at hand.
All in all we were very happy with our holiday and the apts and will most definitely be going back.
By the way, the air conditioning was a saviour esp first week as the temps reached a baking 43oC so paying 6 Euros a day to get a good kip was well worth it.
Can’t fault Tsilivi or Spiros apts at all. Chris and Mandy.
