We stayed here in Sept 2007. It is very close to the train station in marne le valle (2 min walk) and faces a shopping centre. Just one train stop from Disneyland Paris by train taking just 5 mins or bus facing the hotel (Did not use this). Clean, friendly staff and reasonably priced.

Lovely clean hotel with polite staff

My husband, myself and our 5 year old daughter have just returned from a 3 day stay in Paris. We booked this hotel through the Disneyland Resort Paris website and booked our own flights and taxi. We flew with Easyjet and apart from some gate confusion we had no problems whatsoever, we had booked a shuttle taxi with www.rstransports.com and the driver was waiting for us at Charles De Gaulle. The taxi cost us 110 euros and we paid 60 on arrival at the hotel and 50 on returning to the airport, I found that this cash option was so much easier than having to pay online. We arrived at the hotel and were quickly checked in by a very polite receptionist, he give me the key and our 4 day Disney passes and told us where our room was. The room was lovely and clean, the main double bed was very uncomfortable but I knew that it would be from other reviews, I actually slept with my daughter as she had 2 single beds, this bed was very comfortable. The only problem we had with the room was that they seemed to turn the heating up during the night and I had to open the window. Continental breakfast was from 7.30 till 10.30 and was ok, there was plenty to choose from and everything was clean. The staff were very polite and cleaned the tables straight away. The hotel is opposite a large retail centre with an Auchan supermarket which is huge, there are also various bakeries and restaurants in the centre. We used the supermarket to stock up on fruit and water for the Disney parks. The whole area is great and very accessible to the Disney parks with the bus stop directly over the road from the hotel, there are many buses on during the day and night, you just hop on and off. It's pink bus #50. Disney itself is great and we got on all the rides with hardly any waiting. The food however is not great, fast food or no food is what it seemed like to us, we ate at Toad Hall, McDonalds and Annette's diner, the food is not good in any of these places, they were warm though! It is very expensive to eat if you want to eat at the princess chateau or at Walts. We couldn't wait to come home just to have some vegetables. We would go again though and we'd plan the food better.

hotel was clean and roomy for 2 adults and 1 child, although my only complaints was lack of tea and coffee facilities and the beds were extra hard so did'nt get much sleep the three nights we were there, but other than that a good experience. did'nt try any food at the hotel seemed abit pricey for breakfast, just popped to auchen supermarket (in shopping centre) which is across the road.the location was great, right opposite the train station which is so easy to use. we decided to go into paris centre the first day, and brought a mobilis ticket which works like a travel card so we went all over and done some sight seeing which was throughly enjoyable and we felt quite safe, infact safer than i've ever felt in london. there are free buses provided by the hotel, bright pink number 50, but be aware at certain times they can get packed and is a bit a nightmare but the journey takes only 10 mins from disney to hotel and vise versa! we arrived by eurostar at about 1.30pm which takes you directly into the marne de chessy station, and headed for the bus (again just outside the train station) only when we looked at the timtable the next bus was'nt till 3pm. thankfully one guy we were speaking to could speak french and asked someone, and he told us it would be quicker to use the rer which we did it's only one stop for 2 euros each maybe so that was handy! overall hotel was fine was a little nervous about our stay after reading some reviews, you get what you pay for and we got a bargin so did'nt expect much. after all you dont spend that much time in the room anyway.

Wee booked this break as a treat for our 2year old son. Arrived at Paris CDG airport but was directed towards the RER train which took 2 hours to get to hotel. If they had directed us to the TGV then it would be 10 mins to Disneyland Resort and 5 mins to Val d'Europe by the RER. Hotel is 2 mins walk from train station. It was very clean, tidy and Staff were polite. Room was small but you only need somewhere to sleep and shower.
we did not eat in, but went to Disney Village every night. By booking independently we saved approx £700 on 3 night stay. Disney parks are excellent and very child friendly (As you would expect). Only draw back other than transport from airport was Disney Village could be upgraded with more and better shops as too repetetive.
Would return to this hotel in a heartbeat.

We, as a family of 4 stayed at hotel E'lysee last week(11/03/08).We thought it was very basic, there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the bedroom, breakfast was buffet style, with not a great deal of variety. The hotel is in desperate need of a re-furb, it was tatty in places IE corridors, restaurant(stained torn seat covers) and bar area. The rooms were cleaned every day, but badly needs to be re-decorated, the bathroom was clean and fairly tidy with a powerfull over bath type shower. However Location to Disneyland was excellent, with a free shuttle bus every 15mins. When we arrived, we were told the restaurant was closed,it was 9.45pm therefore we went to an italain restaurant a couple of minutes walk from the hotel, we would not recommend it to any-one,it was pretty tastless(we all had pizza's)very expensive and the staff were rude and unfriendly. The best places to eat are inside the shopping centre across from the hotel, there are lots of different restaurant's to choose from, something to suit every-one! We loved Disneyland, it was fantastic. but next time we will book a different hotel!

Arrived back from this hotel on Wed 7...

Arrived back from this hotel on Wed 7 Nov. Disgustingly dirty, staff appallingly rude at breakfast and other times when trying to get service or help. Requested a smoking room (yes, there are some of us left!) - told hotel was full when it was virtually empty. Trays of food left outside bedroom doors whole all 4 days we were there. Had to buy air-fresheners to keep stink of rotting food out of our room. Sink refused to drain, service man fixed it but left remains of U-bend in it - no housekeeper to clean the slimy stinking mess or give us cleaning stuff to DIY.
At breakfast staff laid tables for lunch and wouldn't let anyone use these, people had to queue to use the few tables guests were allowed to use. Breakfast items that ran out were not replaced. Bar/cafe area unstaffed so couldn't get coffee or drinks.
Had a 'family' room with an electric heater on the floor - very dangerous for toddlers (no, we don't have any thank goodness, the place would be a veritable health hazard if we did). Downstairs toilets had dirty nappies in for 4 days. Never ever again. Plus points: close to great Turkish restaurant and RER train station that took us to between resort and Paris.

We had an AMAZING break with our 3 children here.
Aside from the expected excitement & professionalism of Disney it was much more reasonably priced than we anticipated - we did benefit from the 15th anniversary 'under 7's stay & play free' offer for 2 of us but were pleasantly surprised that food at the Disney parks is cheaper than some popular eateries in the UK!
The rides were fantastic & the fastpass scheme superb (no long waits with bored children) and the entertainment & character interaction was what made our holiday - Captain Hook has become our youngest most favourite person now! We thoroughly recommend the Character Tea (lovely selection of food & good value) and the children enjoyed the Wild West Show, in spite of the meal which wasn't that good.
The hotel was very comfortable and great for families of 5+; we had 2 interconnecting rooms at a very small supplement. It also gave most of the benefits of the Disney hotels (e.g. early park entry) but we weren't expecting the almighty scrum for the shuttle bus in the evening.
Be warned to hold onto your children tightly! It's also placed beside a huge shopping centre with a good supermarket for those who want to self cater and for batteries etc. if, like me, you never take enough for your camera!
It's a while since I've had a holiday which was enchanting, exciting, relaxing, and all absorbing and this was worth waiting for, we are longing to go back. It is a small world after all...

Took my family to Disneyland for my birthday, I’m 34! We stayed at this hotel and had a great time.
Rooms were clean and plenty big enough for the four of us; let’s face it you basically sleep in them! Bathroom was lovely and my kids were made up because you could hear the TV in there.
RER station was right opposite the hotel and next time would use this to get to Disneyland rather than the shuttle bus (they were rather crowded).
All in all we were really impressed - half the price of the actual Disney hotels and the breakfast was fantastic. 34 euros for the four of us but you could eat basically as much as you liked.

We stayed at this hotel in September....

We stayed at this hotel in September. My husband is the most particular of men to put it mildly. When we arrived at the hotel he was over the moon.
The hotel was immaculate. Our room was of a good size and very clean. We had clean towels every day and our room was hovered every day and our beds were also made every day.
The hotel has a bar and a restaurant, we had steak and chips (very nice) and the chef’s salad is to die for. They also have room service, but breakfast is just continental (didn’t bother). Staff are nice and if they can’t speak English they will send someone over who can.
There is a Chinese restaurant around the corner (not bad). The shuttle bus picks you up right outside the hotel entrance (during lunch time you will have to wait a few hours in between buses) but the train station is a two minutes walk away and takes you to the bus station.
The Val de Europe shopping centre is across the road and sells everything.
All in all a very good experience and we are in the proceeds of booking up to come back.

We were really pleased with this hotel. Lovely clean rooms, nice and spacious. We had a problem with adaptors for plug sockets. We bought three to take with us and none of them fit the sockets, even though they were EU adaptors. However reception provided some free of charge.
We weren't impressed at all with the free shuttle service coming back to the hotel from Disneyland park. The last few buses weren't as regular as we were told, being on average every 50 mins. We waited for an hour having missed one bus. When it did eventually come there were too many people waiting for the same bus, but everybody rushed forward and crammed themselves on like sardines anyway!
Not a very nice experience when you have children, or if you're claustrophobic! We quickly learned that nobody queues. Not sure what you would happen if you missed that last bus at midnight because there was no room on it, probably have a long walk.

Overall the hotel was clean and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that let the hotel down was the size of the family rooms,2 adults and 2 children in one room so there wasn’t a lot of space.
Also no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms this was a real let down.
Good shopping centre just across the road and if you don’t want to visit the parks there is a train station just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel which will take you into central Paris.

Nice comfortable hotel with large rooms, perfect for families.
Hotel in good location with a great shopping centre opposite and only 5 mins. From euro Disney on hotels free shuttle bus.
Staff helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast until 10.30am , although one morning got there at 10 am and felt as though we were in the way as dining room staff were anxious to get everything cleared for lunch that was the only thing I could fault.
Rooms cleaned every day and fresh towels. Overall good hotel...
