Submitted By: Miss E MalinaThe maid service was superb and the hotel was very clean and staff very polite and helpful. The breakfast was great with a wide selection and I would recommend this and the free shuttle bus every fifteen minutes was fantastic.
The hotel itself was beautiful and the gardens would be great in the summer and the amusements downstairs also great for kids, even if like us you don't actually put any money in, still great for kids to climb on and sit on. The only flaw with this hotel is the evening meal which is very overpriced, over cooked and there's not much choice so I would recommend eating elsewhere, but this isn't a problem as the free shuttles bus operates till 11pm.
Overall we had a great time in Euro Disney and got a good deal for this hotel so would highly recommend it. Also December is an ideal time to visit Eurodisney as we hardly had to queue for any rides and we got to see all the magic of Disney at Christmas with the fantastic parades and superb Candleabration. Be prepared for it to be extremely cold though and take plenty of hats, scarves, gloves, thermals, waterproofs and an umbrella.

Submitted By: Mrs V SewellThe service was very slow on check in, the room itself was a good size but in need of some redecoration and up keep. We stayed in one of the Kids Suites which gave us more room but there was no refrigerator and no room service within the hotel which bearing in mind its 4* rating is very poor.
The standard of cleaning was also poor they basically empty your bins and make your bed if they can be bothered on two occassions I had to ask them to hoover the floor and bring some fresh towels, also they do not remove any plates or cups you may bring up from the bar.
The food was absolutely horrid, firstly there is no waiter/waitress service it is like being in a school canteen with everyone wandering round with trays. You pay on entry everything is included but the food is so poor and no choice - the same food is on offer every meal time and breakfast - we stayed for six nights and only went on the first night - it really is very very poor.
Drinks were expensive and twice we were overcharged, the staff are not very friendly and all in all for the price we paid it was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in.
Plus points, large swimming pool with baby pool for children (but cold), towels are provided free of charge and the room was a good size - otherwise would not recommend this to anyone and will certainly not be staying here again - if your looking to live the Disney magic don't stay here.
" Travelled by coach to Euro Disney.... "
Submitted By: Mr R StoneHoliday Inn fine. Good buffet breakfast and good food in their buffet restaurant in evening. Cleaning of rooms a bit slow. The hotel not really within walking distance of the Disney parks but a frequent shuttle service.
Park itself was packed out and long waits at every attraction. Not a good idea to go when the French schools have their holidays.
Overall holiday spoiled by the delays with Leger and the very over-crowded parks. Best to park the car at Ashford and get the EuroStar which takes you straight to the euro Disney station which is situated smack in the middle of the park.
All you have to do then is to walk a 100 yards to the bus station where the shuttle buses will take you straight to your hotel.

Submitted By: stepper282000Bathrooms are modern and light. The restaurant and bar is quite pricey if you don’t have any meals included so I would suggest that you go to eat in Festival Disney (more choice of eateries and shops) which is 10 minutes away by the FREE shuttle bus.
The shuttle bus to the parks is also FREE and located just 10 minutes away. Overall a very nice family orientated hotel close to both theme parks

Submitted By: Mrs J MiddletomThe hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. The facilities in the hotel are great, however the restaurant was not. The breakfast choice was not too bad, but the evening meal was appalling, not much choice, over cooked and a ridiculous price of about 45.00gbp for 4 of us. The good thing was you could have free wine (you needed this to eat the food!).
The food in the bar was much better, a lot of people ate here as apposed to the restaurant.
Be prepared not to queue for the free bus that takes you to the parks, there is no such thing as a queue, more as a free for all.
On the whole the trip was great, the hotel was lovely and we would go back again, (in fact we are just pricing this up).

Submitted By: Mrs K KerrWe had a meal from the restaurant buffet which wasn’t very nice and was expensive, also drinks from the bar overpriced (but suppose it is Disney so this is to be expected).
Overall good hotel with friendly staff, buffet breakfast was good you could eat as much as you liked .would use this hotel again.

Submitted By: mazrob6My mum booked this hotel for me my sister and my dad for a week last February.
The hotel is huge. The room was lovely and the restaurant has a happy feel to it.
This hotel has a clown theme and I loved it. In our room there was a bunk bed for me and my sister and a double bed for my mum and dad. There were 2 televisions in the room and there was a curtain separating me and my sister from my parents. We had dinner in the restaurant on the first night - the food was delicious and there was a very entertaining clown there. The hotel lobby is filled with games and arcades. I had a lot of fun playing on the games while waiting for the bus to take us to the train station.
On our visit we went into Paris everyday and didn't have time to go to Disneyland.
I hope to visit Paris and Disneyland again - I hope to stay in this hotel.

Submitted By: Mrs C CromeIf you want Continental you will be fine with glorious croissants and all cereals, but the so called "cooked" option was not edible in the slightest. We booked the whole package individually and saved ourselves £600 over a tour operator package for exactly the same thing. Book this hotel through the Holiday Inn website for the best price. Do not pay extra for breakfast as when you get there absolutely no one checks and you can walk in and out as you wish.
Also the restaurant and bar is very, very expensive so avoid unless you really have no other choice. Overall a lovely hotel in a great location and so easy to use the free bus system to and from the park and the Eurostar station, I would recommend paying for a child suite if you would like a little more room.

Submitted By: Mrs M HigginsThe whole room was top class in furnishings. The grounds were super. The pool great, just the thing for relaxing. The free bus to Disneyland was very regular. At Disneyland there was a main station were you can get a family pass and discover the area cheaply.
We are going back next year, it was a great way to start our holiday to France.
