Jean Marie Apartments

This is the third review I have written since our return so any future "residents" of the Jean Marie apartments can see at least a bit of information about them, as before we went no one or nowhere knew anything about them; even Manos only had the small bit in the brochure.
Anyway here goes - it was a bit of a culture shock as it was my first trip to Greece, we didn't know what to expect but even though the apartments are basic they were spotless - cleaned 6 days out of the 7, there was twin beds, bathroom which could do with a bit of an update but again was spotlessly clean, a fridge, sink, dining table with 2 chairs and a 2 ring hob although we didn't eat in the room, there is also air con (much needed) and a safety deposit box both of which are extra and payable at the office, which we managed to find on our own by the 3rd day!
Outside there is the courtyard - the man sat at the table has gone along with the yellow table cloth, but there is Ivy (I think) growing over a frame which looks really nice but it doesn't allow any sun so it was down to the beach for sunbathing.
Lindos is as people who have been will know quite hilly! and the location of the Jean Marie is uphill and then up some steps - only 3 minutes from the Acropolis not for the unfit or feint hearted!
The apartments are situated on the main donkey trail so after the initial 24 hours of being permanently lost - thanks to Andy the rep for his directions (many times) the donkeys and Broccolino's restaurant, we got our bearings and from then on just loved the holiday and Lindos and even the apartments felt like home by the end of the week.
Just one snippet - 1 week is not long enough it should have been 2 or even longer.
