Went away with my parents and sister (18) and really enjoyed it! (Been doing exams before and i had forgotton how to relax!)
The location is perfect, just out side of the town. However, i did feel a little uneasy walking back at night time as it was very dark from the town to the hotel and not many people about.
Every one who has raved about it is right. The pool is quite and calm.
There is something for everyone to do in the town, all ages.
Lovely family who run the hotel. Our rep (Emma) was really sweet and helpful too.
I didn't wake up in time for breakfast though i did on the first day and it is nothing worth setting an alarm clock for.
There are plenty of diffent beaches around the island.It is worth worth renting a bike.
"Socrates" in Kos town is a lovely taverna.
I'd recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to relax. Wouldn't really advise it for anyone with children or all night party people.

nice place to just chill or a 10 min walk and your in kos centre, nice big pool and plenty of sun beds.great greek night. what can i say of billy, costos and mary i think its this we have three great new friends.great welcome great people and the bahamas has the best john smiths in kos.

First time to Kos and was overwhelmed by the friendliness of the family, they made us feel like part of the family as soon as we arrived (00.15 and we still partied!). Mama, Papa George, Billy, Costas and of course Proud Mary! (Karaoke queen and pool table dancer extrordinaire), all made us very welcome and we regard them as friends (not forgetting 2 lovely girls who were chatty and friendly and a good laugh, Kelly and Sarah). We are booking for next year and can't wait to see them all again and especially to have Mama's meatballs. If you want a holiday full of laughs and to feel like part of an extended family this is definitely the place for you. Rod and Trish

Me and my girlfriend had the greatest first holiday together. The location was fantastic; under 10 mins walk to Kos town from the hotel.
The hotel was spotless. Anyone who complains about this hotel needs their head testing.
We booked with Thompson and we will book again, the excursions were great for our first time in Kos. Relatively cheap as well. Billy and Costas were always there 24 hours to help, they don't sleep!
Cheap beer in the bar, which is nice, great people, great music, I recommend this to anyone.

My wife & I stayed at the Bahamas hotel in August 07, we only managed to book our holiday 6 days before we left and just got one week at the Bahamas hotel, how lucky we were it was a great location!
The staff were absolutely brilliant remembering names of guests straight away no complaints with the accommodation very clean well run.
The resort of Kos town was great plenty of trips well organised by Thompson tui group good value for money the weather was unbelievable 40 degrees at times.
We would return again like a shot.

Small family run hotel as the reports say. All the family are very helpful and the sons Costas and Billy help with everything they can.
Extremely clean and friendly. Mary is life and soul of the bar area.
If you want a fairly central hotel which allows you access easily to the rest of the island with a friendly family atmosphere at reasonable prices then this is a good place to go.
You will always get the moaners who are looking for something that they are not willing to pay for and that is life. However what they have to moan about is really beyond me.

I came here in September 05 with my boyfriend and had the best holiday ever! There is only one word to describe the hotel PERFECT. The entertainment, staff, rooms, location all brilliant!
Cleaner comes every day and tides our rooms and bed, and the hotel is always kept clean. Pool is great, also clean.
5 mins walking distance from bars and restaurant, some closer!
The staff are brilliant and the entertainment nights must not be missed. Staff work very hard and will do anything to please you. MY boyfriend asked me to marry him over there and the staff helped us celebrate it.
This was a brilliant holiday that I will always remember and was very sad to leave. It would suit all ages... we were there two weeks.. one week was a lot young and the next a lot of old. It suits anyone!
