We went with some trepidation as I had been on a reviews website. The comments on there were that it was dirty, old fashioned, staff not very nice etc. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were spotless. The food was lovely. The entertainment wasn’t great, but at least there was something on in the bar area. There was karaoke twice a week and it was always very busy. There are a lot of Portuguese holiday in the hotel so there was a good mix. The bar staff and waiting staff were very helpful. The pool area did not open until 10am, but there were no towels on sun beds, which weren’t in use.

The accommodation was horrible, I would not recommend it to anyone. The apartments were dirty and smelly. There were rat droppings everywhere and everything was broken including the lock on the front door!!.
They were definitely not worth the amount we paid. When we arrived, we could not check till 6.30pm.
The breakfast was very basic and the same everyday, again do not go for bed and breakfast or half board.
