typical Greek accomadation basic but adequate spoiled by the pathetic shower, which not only you could,t hang up but went all over the bathroom floor. Beware there,s no kettle just a couple of saucepans. You won,t escape Irene she doesn,t own Sea View but she does own the restuarant next door called Metoary. She will do her upmost best to get you to eat there. In defence to her the food,s resonable, but beware any tips you may choose to give, don,t go to the helpful waiters. But yes you,ve guessed it they go right into Irene,s pocket. Ideally located 100 metre,s from the sea and a lovely pool it was an very enjoyable holiday.

Sea view studios is ok very basic accomodation in the lovely resort of Perivolos which is a continuation of Perissa. The reps were lovely and the apartments very basic with a very poor shower and antiquated cooking facilites.There is a charge if you wich to borrow toaster and kettle, don't know how much as we used a pot to boil the water and had so much bread when we ate out, toast was the last thing we wanted in the morning! The owner and his accomplice Ireni like to lay down the law a bit when you get there and they will try to get you to hand over money for the safe key which isn't asked for and in my opinion not needed. Air con is steep 45E a week but not really needed as room wasn't too hot and a nice breeze blows in the bathroom window. The Metoer restaurant wasn't anywhere as good aas other places in the resort and the Greek night was a joke with the staff being the entertainment.

This was my annual week away with my oldest friend where we do nothing but eat, drink and catch up on gossip. Our holiday requests are simple...quiet, peaceful and clean/basic accommodation close to a nice beach.
We got what we asked for. The studios were simple but very clean. The greeting by the owner was enough to make us feel very welcome, but not intrusive and all the staff were polite and courteous. The studios are literally across the road from the beach so it astounded us that anybody would want to use the small pool which was only about 20m from the sea! There are a couple of really good places to eat at reasonable prices immediately to the left and right of the entrance to Seaview...one is livelier than the other. But both have very friendly staff. A thoroughly pleasant holiday all in all.
The only complaint we have is about Excel airline. I can cope with having to sit sideways because of the lack of legroom, but I do object to a delay of nearly 8 hours going out! This meant we coul not get anything to eat or drink when we arrived at the resort as they had closed. I have discovered since then that long delays are not uncommon when flying with Excel - and they are not very forthcoming at giving out information...and apparently not very truthfull either. We would go to santorini again, but would not fly with Excel.

Sea View studios are clean, airy and, by traditional Greek accommodation standards, comfortable.
The resort is quiet, but if you are looking for a place to relax, unwind and enjoy some good food, then it really fits the bill.
The major downside to travelling with Olympic is the fact that you have to fly with Excel airways - totally rubbish service - late going out, late coming back because we had to stop after 2 hours to refuel?!
If you can get to Santorini without using Excel then do it!
