This historic complex of nine medieval buildings is right in the heart of Old Riga and dates back to the 14th Century. All of the 141 rooms are brightly decorated, some with beamed ceilings, and have shower/bathroom, TV, telephone and hairdryer. There is a lobby bar with live entertainment, restaurant and a unique museum of china and faience in the courtyard of the hotel.

What a beautiful hotel! We stayed here Christmas 2005 and it was a wonderful stay.

The room was absolutely huge! We had a massive bed, lots of clothes storage and even a small sofa and chairs.
