just returned from 2 weeks at the TUSAN BEACH RESORT we all had a brill time 4 adults & 4KIDS THE ANIMATION CREW ARE THE BEST , the food not so good ,we have all booked again for next year.

This holiday was fantastic from start to finish. The food was okay - we all managed to put weight on. The facilities were good. The decor was a little scruffy but who cares - we didn't plan to be indoors! The best bit though, was the animation team - we all feel as though we have left our best friends back in Turkey! I simply cannot compliment this group of young people enough - I love them all and will miss them dearly (until we go back next year).

Myself and my family have just got back from the Tusan Hotel it was absolutly amazing. I have never met people like that in my life all the staff were wounderful especially the animation team (KoKo, Serkan, Diesel, Muzzy, Suzie and Metin especially). The entertainment at night was excellent with different shows for everynoght of the week from simple games such as bingo to stage shows such as Grease. The whole team always put in full effort and never hesitated to help you out with any problems they were very helpful. The day time activites were great, there was something different to do within each hour, and was suitable for all ages, from water polo with Serkan to pool games with KoKo and other animation team members. The rooms could have done with a little modernisation but were suitable as most people didnt spend time in the rooms as there was much to do around the hotel. The food wasnt great. You got the best quality of it at tea time but breakfast wasnt very suitable. There was a great choice of food during the day with a snack bar open all day round. There was choice from chicken sandwiches to pizza which were all made and cooked freash in front of you. The pool area was very large with plenty of sunbeds around the pool and also in more shaded areas. The beach was very clean before a wonderful view of the town and sea. Overall this holiday has been absolutly amazing. I loved every single minute of it and didnt want to leave. I will definatly be returning there next year and would 100% recomment it to anyone. Have just returned from the Tusan after a 2 week holiday, we were in a party of 10, 6 adults and 4 kids, I must say I was very disappointed with the Tusan, it is supposed to be a 4 star hotel (as indicated by first choice) but im afraid ive had better in a 3 star, the hotel itself was on the whole clean and had spectacular views across Kusadasi bay, but the downsides were the food and where it is served, the food was so repetitive, the same thing every single day you even had to queue to get an egg in the morning and I mean a 15-20 min wait, and at night it was even worse, and some nights you queued for mushrooms and fried onion, i must say i have never had to queue for such basic foods, all the food is served outside and if you dont mind sharing it with Wasps, flies and hornets your ok, but we didnt, they were all over the food and actually inside some of it, we eat out on several occassions as it was so off putting, this was breakfast dinner and tea, nothing at all was covered up, the waiters worked very hard but there just was not enough of them they were constantly running out of cutlery plates and glasses and to get a table was a nightmare if you wernt turkish. At night the entertainment was OK and Coco muzzy etc worked very hard. The main bar that was open at night was a joke it was always 6 deep and shut at 11pm they hardly had any drinks dont expect malibu or bacardi or nice cocktails as they dont do them ( we have always had equivalent drinks to malibu etc and had decent cocktails), they constantly ran out of wine martini and whisky (if you were lucky) and dont always expect glasses you might get paper or polystyrene cups, the managers are a miserable lot the most unfriendly Turkish hotel I have been to, the hotel just could not cope with the amount of guests there. Sunbeds if you get up at between 5-6 am you might get one if your lucky. I would go back to Kusadasi again as it is a lovely town and the turkish people cannot do enough for you, if you want a great meal go the the Mayflower they even pick you up from the hotel free. I would not go back to the Tusan Beach resort which is a shame as it is in a great location, it is supposed to be a 5 star next year dont know how they will manage that.

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday to this place in a party of 4 adults and 2 kids, one adult struggled badly with the lay out of the hotel as it means you walk the length of the hotel for just about everything, the rooms were very average for a 4* hotel big but desperatly in need of modernising, the air con didnt work brilliantly in the main building either not good out there in 45 degrees heat permanantly. The food was just about the most disgusting we have ever tasted while on holiday and repeated almost every mealtime. The bars well, we have a better variety of drink at a home barbeque, if you dont like gin, vodka or whisky dont go thats all they do, when they are not running out that is which they did every day. It is not a hotel for people with walking difficulties as the distances are immense i have never walked around a hotel so much. Now the good parts. The swimming pool area is excellent the entertainment is ok just strung out quite a lot, the bar staff and entertainments team were excellent especially sircan and sophie Overall i would not travel to this hotel if it was free. mick

We spent 1 week all inclusive at this hotel, having had an all incusive in a 5* hotel in Antalya last year. Perhaps therefore our hopes were too high. I have the aim of writing a truly honest review which is objective to help people thinking of going to this hotel. The hotel has many good features, such as it's location - it has very beautiful views. It was far enough away from the town to feel like paradise but close enough that you could be there in 5 minutes on the dolmus, which runs every 3 mins from right outside the hotel until lat at night. It has very good facilities, and the entertainment team keep the fun vibe going through the hotel all day and night. We personally liked the food (having lived in the region anyway) and notwithstanding our tummies needing a day or two to get used to the oils etc, the food and the choice was fairly good. The pool is great and there is also a very lovely second smaller pool. There is a wonderful terrace bar overlooking the sea and in my view, most importantly, you are not made to feel embarrassed for asking for plenty food and drink as often as you like!!! Now for the down sides. The interior of the rooms is not good really. They need a desperate overhaul. Our pillows were terrible - very lumpy. The bathroom suite was old, stained, and not the cleanest. When having a shower the water temperature and pressure is affected by others using their showers in other rooms. My partner found a mosquito in his ice cream and the next night a mosquito in his rice. We also saw a rat running through the restaurant but as it is open air, and in the middle of trees etc then I suppose it is not necessarily indicative of anything other than local wildlife. However, if you are looking for a relaxing, good value fun holiday in a very beautiful spot, then i would suggest this hotel. The rooms and even the mozzies int he ice cream did not make me leave feeling that i didnt like the hotel. Myself and my partner recongised the positives which often outweighed the negatives. Also - VERY GOOD FOOD at the a la carte fish and turkish retaurants which you can go to within your package. Hope this helps.

we went to tusan beach resort on the 10th of june 2006 and was one of the best holidays we could ever have. as soon as we got there staff came out and took our cases to our rooms. the food wasnt great but we didnt starve. the animation team were excellent and made the holiday a big thanks to muzzy coco metin diesel daniel suzy serkan sophie and josh all our great. the snak bar under the pool was fabulous and the pool its self was amazing. the beach is very pretty and the rooms were cleaned everyday and at night you can watch the amazing sunset. the main resturaunt was overlooking the sea but theres different resurants around the hotel . the staff were very friendly and i would reccomend thi hotel to anyone who wants to have fun .

This was simply one of the best holidays we ve ever had, we have two children 13 and 10 and they loved it the mini club was great for the 10 yr old and the animation team cant do enough for you all. The food is great staff very friendly plenty of choice in food. If your thinking about going my advise would be do it its brill only thing is you ll wanna go back. Say hi to muzzy, daniel, and diesel the animation team.
