Tusan Beach Resort

This is the 3rd time at this hotel and we love it. staff are really friendly and can’t do enough for you. The rooms are cleaned daily and the cleaners work really hard and deserve a fortune in wages.
The food, there is always something to eat for people and each year we have been it has got better. Matt the pool man is brilliant and will get you anything you want. Last of all the brilliant animation team. What more can I say .coco the manager made my sons holiday and even put him in the show.
I am really hoping to go back next year for brill hotel ,great sun and hopefully the fantastic animation especially coco muzzy and gizzmo loved you all thank you for a great holiday. Also Mammet and Ahmet great friendly blokes give them a well-deserved wage rise. Roll on next year.

The Tusan Beach Hotel is the best hotel I've ever been to!!! The waiters are friendly, the food is nice and has good variety, the rooms are very clean and well kept by the cleaners and there are lots of luxurious activities such as Turkish baths and massages available!
But the highlight of my holiday was definitely interacting and doing activities with the excellent ANIMATION TEAM!!!!!! They are so friendly, and will bend over backwards to help as best they can. They work hard and work long hours but you always see them up bright eyed early in the morning ready to do whatever they can to help make peoples days more fun!!
During the day they have activities by the poolside and games most of the day, and by night they put on spectacular shows that are very funny and enjoyable! I especially enjoyed the sketch shows, diesel...u look good as a woman ;) u no what I mean (laugh) Na on a serious note these people work so hard 24/7 and they deserve alot of praise!
I would strongly recommend you stay in Kusadasi at this hotel because I believe it is one of the best if not the best hotel in turkey!
I really enjoyed myself and i know if you go there you will too!

Tusan Beach Hotel was a very nice hotel with friendly staff and good rooms.
BUT the food was by far the worst we have experienced on any holiday around the world! It was monotonous, repetitive and unimaginative. It was so bad that we gave up eating there and went out. Some of the food looked as if it were tinned food. Lunch and dinner served the same dishes. Sometimes the cooked food was not cooked properly.
The choices were very limited as well. You had the option to eat in a different restaurant (once per stay) but they were not open until the end of our holiday. The pool is not large enough for the number of guests and people were claiming sun loungers before six in the morning!
This is not the first time we have been to Turkey and we have always been impressed by the quality of food that is available normally in Turkey. A Turkish friend told us that the reason the food was so bad is because the hotel is used by Russians and they’ll eat anything!
It's a shame that the quality of the food let down the hotel.

The Tusan beach hotel is fantastic what more can I say.
Excellent location about 5 miles from Kusadasi. But don’t worry the Dolmus runs every 10 min. rooms are clean and well presented make sure you ask for a sea view. you wont be disappointed...the staff are nice nothing is too much trouble ,the bar staff were always laughing and joking. and very polite especially to brits, meals were very good always hot and lots of it .
Pools were clean and the gardens were watered daily, there is a long narrow beach where you can sit and watch the sea gently lapping the sand ideal for children as its very shallow.
Entertainment was a bit of a letdown the team did their best mostly with audience participation I f you come to this hotel I would recommend a body scrub and massage but have it when you first arrive. all in all a first class holiday and a sunset to die for

A good all round holiday for my wife, two children and myself aged 13 and 11. The pool was very crowded in the day with sunbeds at a premium, however with the beach on your door step with supplied umbrellas and sunbeds, it was easy to go there from early morning until late afternoon, and then go to the pool for a while before getting ready for the evening.
The staff work tirelessly, nearly always with a smile and were always helpful and polite. The beach attendant seemed to be there all hours clearing up for the next day for our enjoyment. Met some really lovely people who it was a pleasure to spend time with. The kids all made friends and with drinks to hand a great time was had by all!!!
Good selection of outside restaurants to eat in during the day, with most of the food cooked to order so not sitting about in the heat of the day. No tummy upsets particularly. Pool kept very clean.
Evening entertainment catered to 5 different languages, which made it a non-runner, however Kusadasi is only a short bus ride away so wasn’t a problem for us. Disco was open to everyone so older children would go down there to finish night off, with us close by, sometimes having a bop with them!!!
Rooms pretty dated and buffet was a bit repetitive and bland, however, all in all there was always something to eat and it was well cooked and presented well, the room was always cleaned so couldn’t moan too much. And the Kusadasi sunset is unbelievable.
A fantastic holiday for us. I’m sure we will return. After all you make what you want from a holiday and with good company and happy kids you can’t ask for more. But only rate the hotel as a 3 star compared to others in the Med.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in......we holiday 6 to 10 x a year.
In no way was this a 4 * hotel and staff did not do anything to enforce standards. Evening meal people had beach type shorts on and bare feet and chests on many occasions.
There were many Russians and French at the hotel.
Hotel pool inadequate size for number of hotel clients.
Not enough sun beds available.
The same limited choice was served everyday for all meals. We were there 14 nights.
All hot drinks pre made in urns.
All inclusive drinks often ran out and no form of white or dark rum was available.
No fruit juice in bars or restaurants. It is all squash.
No entertainment except mini disco followed by hotel guests making fools of themselves.
The over 18 disco was full of kids/teenagers.
Booking for the fish or Turkish restaurants difficult as not many spaces available on each evening it is offered.
Located between Kusadasi town and aqua park and easily accessible by taxi and bus.

It has been a year now since we returned from the Tusan Beach Resort Hotel in Kusadasi, Turkey, and we are now packing to going back AGAIN!!! Our party included my mum, dad and my friend Kirsty. We were both 14, so we unsure if there would be any one else to meet there, but we were so wrong! The hotel is packed full of teenagers which is great. We made loads of friends and still keep in touch with them, some of who are going back again, like us! We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the very friendly receptionists and the doorman that kindly took our suitcases to our rooms. There was a gorgeous water fountain outside and a sparkling marble floor. The rooms were fine, cleaned daily and i don’t see why everyone complains about them, because at the end of the day, you only get ready and sleep in them, but we had an amazing view, over-looking the golden beach, which at night amazed us with the red and purple sunset.
The pool was nice and clean and the yes the sunloungers went fast, but not by 7am! everyone really exaggerates that part!!! There was a range of activities for everyone to enjoy, including, rifle-shooting, boules, darts, football, volleyball, pool games and waterpolo, which were all hosted by an absolutely fantastic animation team. They were amazing. Seriously, they couldn’t do enough for you, always enthusiastic and very friendly. The food was fine, not repetitive like everyone said it was, was very original and tasty! The waiters were very nice and helpful. The evening entertainment was funny. We really enjoyed it, as it always involved the audience. This was followed by a disco that carried on until 2am, which is great as there is nothing worse than an early night when you’re on holiday! The hotel included a barber, supermarket, photographers, clothes shop, handbag shop and also a jewellers. Brilliant! Had everything you need around you!
The resort was lovely, very friendly locals, loads and loads of shops and stalls, which were great. 2 waterparks nearby, 5minutes away, they were a good day out.

Overall we had a brilliant holiday, and we enjoyed it so much that were going again! This hotel and resort is a must for all the family. The reason I wrote this was not because i wanted to win the Ipod (although it would be nice, but was because i wanted to correct all the people that give this hotel a bad name! I think they are just too fussy and expect too much for what they are paying!!! hope you book a holiday soon to there because trust me, you will not be disappointed! xxx xxx

The staff were really friendly and sociable. There was so much to do at the hotel that there was hardly any reason to leave it. The pools were clean and the beach was private and relaxing; and there were always activities going on. The food was limited but they did have the nicest watermelon I have ever tasted, and Kusadasi market was a new and amusing experience. I would definitely go again!
