Jun 2006, Mrs M Payne

Our family holiday was great, the hotel was in prime position with its own beach, hotel rooms all over looked the sea which was lovely to wake up to.
The maid service was excellent with clean linen and towels daily the food could have been better but you always found something to eat. Don’t expect bacon for breakfast and you better like eggs. The best place to eat was under the swimming pool. A good chef he made the best pizzas entertainment was ok for the children.
Staff was over the top friendly, lovely people, over all weather hot beautiful views, drink as much as you like and those lovely pizzas what more could you want from a holiday thank you Tusan staff and (First Choice).
P.S. if you have a late flight take some food with you as they don’t cater after 10 pm.

We stayed at Tusan on an All...

Jun 2006, Miss E Froggatt

We stayed at Tusan on an All Inclusive Basis. The hotel is very clean and pleasant. The staff are pleasant and courteous but a little reserved. The Animation Team are great, they make everyone feel welcome and are a credit to the hotel.

The rooms are large and airy with a mini bar - this is not free and can be quite expensive. The only down side was the food - it was well presented but very repetitive and bland. There wasn't anywhere to get any snacks from after the evening meal had been served either! The bars closed at midnight but the disco bar stayed open til 2 so if you have been out in town and got back after that then there was only bed to go to!
To say it was All Inclusive - the drinks were quite good - not the cheap muck you usually get!
We were told by our travel agent that it was only a short stroll into Kusadasi but you do need to get a dolmus or taxi as it is more like a hike along a busy, poorly lit road. Its cheap enough to get in the day - 10 lira for a taxi if you haggle but very expensive at night to get back - 30 lira min.
The dolmus service is great though and there are a lot of places close by well worth a visit. Milli Park is beautiful and well worth the trip, its not far and only costs 14 lira return on the dolmus including the entrance fee - its a national park with wild boar and foxes that come down to the beach and you can feed them!
I would definitely go again as we all had a really great time and didn’t want to come home!

Jun 2006, Mrs M Enright

This is the second year we have stayed at the Tusan Beach and plan to go again in September, we met several guests that also stayed there last year.
The rooms are clean and well equipped with a safety deposit box and a fridge stocked with beer water and pop (these are not included in the all inclusive board basis) all staff are friendly and cheerful, the animation team are excellent and make everyone feel welcome they work very hard to entertain guests and have become good friends of ours we plan to keep in touch by email.
The only down side to this hotel is the food in the main restaurant it is very repetative although well presented. There are however 2 snack bars one serving pizza pasta sandwiches burgers and chips at different times through the day, the second one is a Turkish snack bar, which is well worth a visit.

Apr 2006, Miss L Knight

I Went to Tusan last year with my mum and her friends. I have to say that I LOVED it. I made so many friends and got on really well with the animation team!
I recently saw muzzy out side of Tusan and I just loved to see him again. I am going this year in august for my second time and are really looking forward to seeing every one again.
The only problem is the GIZZMO IS GONE. He has gone to marry the other animator Juliet!!!!!!!!!
I am really hoping to have a wicked time like I did last year!

Feb 2006, Miss K Laney

I went on this holiday with my parents and their 2 friends who had been to the hotel the previous year. And when we first arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the bell boy who took our cases from us as soon as we set foot off the coach and took them straight to our room. The first thing that struck me as we entered the lobby was the grand interior and the gorgeous views out across the bay.
The rooms were spacious clean but beds were too hard and as usual sheets were like paper, the view from the balcony was wonderful we were facing the restaurant and out over the beach on the quiet side of the hotel.
The main pool area was great for a person of my age(18) because music was played all day with relaxing music played over lunch, I met the animation team straight away they were pretty hard to miss! Even though there were only 8 of them left, they made so much effort to make sure you had fun without pressuring you and they never tired even after working 16 hour days.
They really made the holiday for me especially Daniel! And my cheeky monkey Muzzy! Watch out for Gizzmo and Diesel they are cheeky about throwing you in the pool!
Food in the Alfresco restaurant was not amazing but there was always something there to satisfy. The best meals we had were on a lunch time at the 2 other snack bars the Turkish one that provided meze and delicious sizzling meatballs and the other poolside one providing sandwiches, pizzas and chips.
The entertainment on an evening was hilarious with the animation team. But the best evening was the Latin themed one with limbo and Latin music in the disco.
There were alot of Russians and Belgians in the hotel when we stayed so it was quite busy. The only problem was when the main bar closed at 11pm and the only other bar was the disco closing at 2:30am or the other on the far side of the hotel next to the shops which I thought was strange but then realised it is a good way for the shops to get customers!
On the beach there were many water sports going on, and the shallow crystal clear waters were irresistible.
A short walk will take you to the small area with shops and bars I definitely recommend the Tulip Bar for a good meal and fab staff! Dolmus busses ran from the hotel gate every 5 min taking you either to the 2 water parks close by adaland and aqua fantasy or in the other direction to Kusadasi itself. Don't be put off by the hassle you get from the shopkeepers just ignore them unless you are interested for a bargain, never go for their first price always haggle!

I would definitely advise a trip to the Turkish Bath we had the Exfoliation body scrub and foam massage, it was wonderful! But do it at the beginning of your holiday as any tan you have will be lost but it gives a better and longer lasting tan in the long run.
Over all this was one of the best holidays I’ve had.

Jan 2006, Mrs H Hockey

Had a great time lots to keep you entertained, kids (15 & 10) really enjoyed it there too. Staff were really nice and friendly, we would definitely go back again. Food was nice, entertainment was fun, plenty of activities during the day to keep the kids entertained, the animation staff worked really hard for very long hours and always had a smile on their faces. There was also plenty to do in the area with not one but two water parks within walking distance, although we actually caught the bus (included in the entrance price). All in all a great place to go for a family holiday.

Nov 2005, Miss A Parlett

Was the best holiday I have ever been on. I had such a great time, met some really cool people from Scotland, Belgium (!) and Holland.
The food was alright, at least there was chips every night. The animation team were great, but always trying to make you give them your clothes!
Was really hot, so we were in the pool all day, and on the night the disco was good.
Was really eventful holiday, was always something going on as there was a big group of us.
Really had the best time ever.

Found Tusan Beach to be a great...

Nov 2005, Mrs PS Watkinson

Found Tusan Beach to be a great holiday, i was there with my husband, son age 8 and daughter 12months, Plenty to do entertainment team were very friendly and helpful, we barley saw our son as he made so many friends and was always doing the activities.
Food a little bland, I’m vegetarian so I did struggle even the mushroom pasta had bits of meat in.
Pool very clean, did need to get up early for a sunbed but this is always to be expected.
My only complaint was that the entertainment area was not child friendly at all it is all made from concrete and people were taking glasses in and they were being smashed, i did make a complaint and was told that plastic cups would be used in the entertainment area this never happened. One night a fight broke out between a few kids glasses were smashed, even after it had been cleared up I witnessed a 2year old sit on some glass and got cut. Other than this one complaint we all enjoyed our holiday and would more than likely one day go back.
If you like a walk out at night you may not enjoy this hotel as you need to get on a bus/Dolmus to get into Kusadasi (only 10mins away).

Aug 2005, Miss J O'Callaghan

Thank you to everyone at the Tusan brilliant holiday due to you as had such let down with flight delays.
The room was spacious and comfortable with fantastic views the staff very friendly, and helpful.
The amenities were very good entertainment was enjoyable the animation team worked very hard day and night The little beach at the hotel was just perfect as we couldn’t get a sunbed for round the pool unless we got up at the latest 7am which I did a couple of times only very few without towels already on, I think the answer is to grab a sunloungers on the way back from the disco before you go to bed.
Thank you also to the photographer who took excellent photos that I will treasure of my holiday to the Tusan Beach Resort.

I had a fantastic time in Turkey. It was the best holiday that I have ever been to. I met lots of people. Mostly from Holland, Belgium and little bit from England. Especially I enjoyed with animation team. I would like to thank them for they ability taking care about all activities. Especially I had fun with Igor, Polly (My Best friend I have ever met), Coco, and the others. And greetings for Muzzy (Sorry for beating you on table tennis.) All right. Have a nice time. Hope that we will see next year again in Tusan. Bye.

had a fantastic time at this hotel....

Aug 2005, Miss J Wright

had a fantastic time at this hotel. Rooms were spacious and cool. view from the room was brilliant with a sea view and a pool view. My whole family was well entertained by the animation team as the children aged 9 and 15 went off with the team most of the day and my partner I never saw as he also joined in water polo and football which left me to relax by the pool!
The animation team was absolutely brilliant and that made our holiday! so much that we have booked for august next year, and a special thank you to muzzy and coco who was truly fantastic sport when we tied muzzy up last night and poured flour, water and paint over him!
Food was ok a bit repetitive at times.
Pool and hotel was so clean and staff couldn’t do enough for you.
The only downside to this hotel is that the bars shut at different times and we found ourselves running around from bar to bar but we still managed to have a good drink!
Hopefully this may be resolved by next year and we cannot wait for our next stay at this hotel!
