Submitted By: Miss K VincentThe animation team are wicked, they are so friendly :) they made the holiday. The night entertainment was good, different shows everyday for 2 weeks.
The nightclub in the hotel was good, they played good english music too!! :) All inclusive finishes at 12pm so make sure you get a few drinks ordered before!!!
At first when we got to Kustur they gave us some rooms right at the top of a hill, so we asked to be moved, and the next day we were moved down to rooms at the bottom.
The day entertainment is really good, there are games throughout the day.
All sunbeds are by the bar which was good for us lol !! The beach was lovely.
There are snacks all throughout the day. There is also a club oppisite the hotel called Havana which was really really good for me and my friends, there was a foam party everynight, but drinks can be expensive so make sure you drink before you go.
Reception staff were very friendly.
I would definaltey go again and again!!!! We love all the animation team !!! and can't wait to go back again.

" Really really disappointed with this... "
Submitted By: Mr M A KennyI will start with the calamity at arrival...took a good 40 mins to finally get the key for the room, then the 15 minute trek to the room, yes, 15 minutes !!..
Opened the door to a rather comfortable room but sadly very very small balcony. The view was 2 trees !!.. ( yes, we had asked for a pool view ! ).
Was shocked to find NO TEA COFFE facilities in the room...surely this said 5 star on the brochure ???..( eventually discovered that 15 mins back down the path is a cheap vending type coffee machine with styrofoam cups...)
Food, we couldn't eat a single meal...
Found that if you were English then you were left with a choice of 6 trays to choose from, all very bland and cold where as the Turkish menu consisted of at least 15 different types of food !!!.
The waiters and barmen were fantastic though !!!... to my blonde haired blue eyed partner....2 of them actually made several passes when i had to take our 7 year old son to the toilet ( bad tummy for 2 weeks says it all !).
Shall we return to this place ???...not a chance !. In fact, this will be our first and last trip to Turkey..
I would just like to advice that if you are English, this may not be the best place you wish to spend your hard earned cash..

Submitted By: Miss M AhmetIt was by far one of the best holidays i have ever been to. We stayed for 12 days, the staff at the reception were lovely, they always helped us out if we had any problems,
The room was spotless and clean with a nice balcony to sit outside,
The food was lovely, breakfast, lunch, and dinner was fantastic. There was always food on the go, every hour. The lunchtime buffet was outside near the pool, which was also nice if you wanted to stay near the pool and eat instead of going into the restaurant, they also had Turkish pancakes there from 1 - 4pm. they were also lovely.
There were 4 different pools, two were quiet pools if you wanted to relax. The other 2 were near the slides. The pools near the slides and the bar got very busy and there were hardly any sun beds left so we had to put our towels out earlier although if we did get there late the staff did help us find any spare beds that were around.
The entertainment throughout the day was endless there was always something to do. The animation team really got us involved. There was lots of different activities to do like mini golf, morning gymnastics, water aerobics, pool games, shuffle boarding, darts, water polo, boccia, games, archery, rifle shooting, volleyball, football and lots more.
The animation team were great, they were all so friendly and they could speak lots of different languages so communication wasn't a problem. They were very energetic and always tried to get you involved with the games going on. There shows at night in the amphitheaters were really good there was a different show every night for two weeks most of the shows were ones the audience could get involved with so that was good. Before the shows there was a mini disco for the kids which the audience could get involved with some of the dances the kids did, which was quite amusing
Overall i really enjoyed this holiday and i would most surely consider going again next year and meeting up with some of the animation team too. It was such a good holiday for anyone, familys with kids or without it was a very enjoyable holiday.

Submitted By: Miss J WallisThe mini bar is only stocked with one large bottle of water and is never restocked, but is big enough to hold bottles of wine etc.
The air conditioning worked in a fashion but we didn't bother with it too much as it just made the room smell of damp.
On the whole I wasn't disappointed with the hotel but I wouldn't recommend people paying for an all inclusive deal. I paid £1400 for a ONE week all inclusive deal for myself and 11year old son. The food was standard buffet style and was very bland and didn't inspire you to eat it. There were flies landing on the salads etc which put you off instantly. The waiting staff didn't speak much English and I felt we were mainly ignored at dinner time. We ended up catching a bus into Kusadassi most evenings and eating at a variety of restaurants there.
It takes me ages to book our annual holiday travelling as a single parent I want the place to be "spot on", the Kustur Club reviews I read were excellent so I was disappointed when I experienced the hotel for myself. I appreciate that overseas 5 star isn't as we know it, however I spent a week at the Ritz Charlton in Egypt last year for pretty much the same cost and it was out of this world.
Overall a good holiday but I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are looking for 5 star luxury.

Will be back again.
Every year i read the reviews as i approach my holiday and every year they fill me with dread and every year i have a great holiday , work this out , when was the last time you stayed in a 5* hotel all inclusive for a family of 4 for less than £2k for 14 nights ??? answers on the back of a 2nd class stamp please .
its obvious it is not a 5* hotel by our standards , but compare it to anything else in kusadasi and it is paradise

Submitted By: Mrs A WilliamsonThe standard of the food was poor, I found that whatever was left over from the evening meal appeared as a salad, cold potato wedges in mayo for example! The crockery was dirty as were the table clothes. I witnessed one person helping themselves to piles of pizza, go to a table to eat it, then what she couldn’t eat she put back in the serving dishes! We were all inclusive but we were only able to get ice cream during an hour slot, and it was only available to the children.
My 10 year old son loved the animation team, they were great fun and made everyone feel involved. The swimming pool was clean, there are a couple of slides that are manned by a lifeguard at all times. The cleaners were very friendly, the maintenance staff were very efficient. I had to call them on a number of occasions to fix the toilet and shower. The receptionist’s were a bit “hit and miss”, sometimes friendly other times extremely rude.
I have never been on an all inclusive package before. I did a lot of research on the Kustur Club before going ahead with my booking, reading reviews from this website and a couple of others and unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. I spoke to some guests who had stayed at the Kustur last year and they told me the standards had slipped dramatically. Things that were included in the all inclusive package last year weren’t included this year. If you are looking for a 5 Star this isn’t the hotel for you. I have stayed at a number of 5 Star hotels and this defiantly isn’t one.
