Really naff hotel, location sucks for getting around, we got lost countless times getting back to the town. Very dark entrance and for two young girls was not comfortable leaving and arriving.
Hotel staff stuffy nosed. Room was very poor quality, mattresses old and cheap, same goes for the covers. The artwork we had in our room was quite scary and not for the faint hearted! There was also a collection of dead insects squashed against the ceiling and walls was awful!
What annoyed us most was when we went for breakfast on the 1st day, there was a large number of Americans present and the stroppy waitress advised we couldn’t go in and had to eat in the other room, which consisted of dry bread and cheap jams, not very impressive!
The next day however we were allowed in the breakfast room and ate from the buffet that was quite poor. Would never go back or recommend, there are much nicer places in Lille for comparable cost.

Avoid this hotel if you visit Lille via Eurostar it does come up as a cheap break and that is exactly what it is.The hotel is dirty and is well in need of a re vamp staff un friendly and not very helpful.There was stains on the bedroom carpets and the reception area needed a good hoover not very inspiring as first impressions are terrible.
Breakfast was also crap the whole place was drab and boring.
I do believe this hotel should not go out through these eurostar breaks as the saying you get what you pay for is certainly true with this one.
My husband and I are well travelled and we have stayed in the best however this was a little cheapy we thought............. never again
