Hotel is situated in a truly central location. Warm welcome from hotel reception staff. Valet parking is convenient and hassle-free. Just "stop" the car outside the hotel front entrance and when you check in the concierge arranges for your car to be safely parked.
Room was spotless, comfortable with an in-room safe and everything you could want. The dressing gowns were invitingly soft. The bathroom, with a touch of bygone times was separate from the toilet. Breakfast was excellent too - Good choice from hot and cold buffet and if there was something extra you wanted for breakfast - you only had to ask.
We will be returning to lovely Lille and definitely to the Carlton Hotel. Recommended.
