My partner & I stayed on a B&B basis and could not believe the rating was a mere 3*.
The food (breakfast) was ample with fresh bread, croissants cheese & meats , buffet style at the restaurant.
The hotel and its fab Art Deco furnishing from the carpets to the teapots was a delight!
The cleanliness and and efficiency was excellent, the staff obliging without hesitation to be helpful, even when keys were lost!
The hotel is conveniently situated in the suburbs of Lille a mere 5 minutes on the regular tram that runs outside the hotel. It is surprisingly quiet in the hotel and surrounding area.
An overall enjoyable stay and an excellent hotel that I will recommend to a friends
but would really like to keep it all for myself as it's so special!
