Entertainment was also good, and if we didn't have entertainment on some nights the staff would do it. Dancing etc. which was really good.
Thoroughly recommend it!

" My Husband & I chose to celebrate... "
Submitted By: Mrs Wendy LawrenceOur accommodation was very clean and spacious, with spruce up and towel change every other day. We opted for half board as it represented good value and, although the choice was limited, we enjoyed a freshly cooked, three course meal each night in addition to the tasty Turkish breakfast every morning (their wine list offers good value, local wines too).
The pool and extensive garden area is a real 'plus point' to this accommodation, (ideal as a tranquil alternative to the busier local beaches, a short journey away by Dolmus) and both guest areas are maintained regularly.
I would say that this accommodation is ideal for couples and families and is very convenient for the local bus station (approx 7 mins walk away), from where all the local sights of historical interest and national park beaches can be reached for a fraction of the cost of the organised tours (you're first in line for a seat too!!). Both Hesna and Murat (on reception) both speak good English, are happy to order you a taxi for the short ride into the town centre and were very helpful with local knowledge, offering advice on excursions.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Opus Aparthotel to anyone, as, in my/our experience, it is well managed, represents very good value for money and I'm in no doubt that we'll be returning there again soon.

" We've just come back from the Opus... "
Submitted By: Miss J ReynoldsThe pool was very big and had loads of sun beds, plus the lovely gardens next to the pool also had more sun beds and tables for eating.
The room was clean and bright and had a balcony, plus we had clean towels and sheets every 2 days.
The hotel is a short dolmus (minibus) ride away from town - it's a very short walk to the main road and then every dolmus that passes seems to go in to town - we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes before we got picked up. Plus the hotel is right near the coach/bus station so it's easy to get a dolmus to places like Ephesus, Pamucak and Selcuk, rather than going into town and then trying to find the right dolmus.
Don't go on the expensive tours to Ephesus - they charge on average 40 euros per person. We got the local dolmus there and back from the bus station near the hotel (1.5 euros per person each way) and then getting in was another 5 euros per person, plus we didn't have to follow a tour group round, not being able to stop and look at things when we wanted.
All in all, having talked to other people we met during the week, we counted ourselves very lucky to have gone to the Opus Apartments. Loads of people go back there each year, so it must be doing something right!

" We booked a last minute holiday in... "
Submitted By: Mrs M KahramanThe rooms were lovely and clean and also very spacious. The apartments themselves were very well presented and very well looked after. The grounds to the apartments were lovely and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. All of the gardens and the play areas were ideal for families with children, there was also a football pitch and a mini zoo which kept the children occupied.
The swimming pool was very clean and well looked after. The only thing that I can fault the Opus on was that the pool was absolutely FREEZING, but maybe this would be a good thing in the really hot summer months.
I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants a good relaxing holiday and I will certainly being trying to book again for this year.

If anyone leaves lilos etc they are left for others to use. Sun loungers are washed every day and mats removed every night and replaced every morning. Air conditioning in apartment at extra cost together with safety box. Supermarket only few minutes away and if you enjoy walking it is only 10 minutes to town walking to the right and going down behind Dolmus/Bus station and across dual carriageway to see Cruise ships which come in every day. WE also walked to Ladies Beach which is a bit longer but the Dolmus bus takes you most places and to all beaches 5 to 20 minutes and cost from 60 pence upwards and stop anywhere for you to get on or off.

Silver Sands Beach is very nice for older or couples with young children. We got good price for hotel through Goldtrail and was well worth the money. Internet access is free in Hotel. Many books to read and exchange at Reception. We will certainly go back.
There are no words to describe how wonderful everything has been. My 7-year-old son has played safely in the gardens and the play area. The pool as overlooked by the bar so when we are relaxing we can still keep an eye on him.
The rooms are large and well furnished. They are cleaned often and sheets changed every other day. I have stayed many times a Turkey and this has been the best by far.
The food as excellent and very reasonable. It was so easy to catch a dolmus to the center to be an the middle the action - so easy to get away!
The staff could not do more for us - we have asked for extra blankets - they are there.
If you are thinking about the Opus - do not just think - do at. You wall not be disappointed.

I spend all day saying thank you as the staff are wonderful and cannot do enough to help. The apartments are extremely clean and would rival many hotels in England for cleanliness.
I have read some comments on this website saying the Opus Apartments are the opposite of the above however I would suggest this person has never stayed in a decent Turkish hotel before because the comments are not true.
I have nothing but praise for the staff and management. A fab place to visit and beautiful surroundings making at a safe environment for families.

First class place and a good holiday base to venture into Kusadasi town centre. I will be back!

Staff in the hotel are very unhelpful and the manager is rude. Only interested in finding ways of charging extra money -beware of them wanting you out of your room early or making you pay extra to keep your room.

We arrived on the Thurs for 7 nights and were due to leave early hours of the following Thursday. Wanted us to pay to keep our room on the Wed night even though we had paid till 12 noon on the Thursday.
Location of the hotel is terrible , need a car or have to relay on taxis. Children’s play area is dangerous. Ground is uneven, full of holes , grass not cut. Play equipment is dirty and broken - never maintained , staff never cleaned it once when we were there - litter lay there all week.
Pool has no depth marking - watch out.
Submitted By: Miss Emma RobertsThe rooms are basic but very clean with maid service every few days. The bar staff are friendly and very polite especially Eldo!! :) Its just a short walk through the back streets to the main road to get the dolmus into town. This takes bout 10 - 15 mins depending on crazy drivers and traffic!!
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to go back!
