JUST CAME 2 DAYS FRM THE HOLIDAY . STAYED FOR 2 WEEKS . IT WAS EXCELLENT
THANKS TO RUPERT THE TRAVEL AGENT . WHO ADVISED TO GO TO THIS HOTEL . FOOD WAS VERY GOOD , STAFF WAS EXCELLENT . ANY ONE LOOKING FOR A EXCELLENT HOLIDAY . THEN CALL RUPERT ON 0800-408-2850 EXT 56127 .
VALUE FOR MONEY . ROOM WERE VERY CLEAN. GOOD VIEWS, I STAYED THERE WITH MY WIFE . I BEEN THERE FOR MY HONEY-MOON. IT WAS REALLY ROMANTIC TIME .
I WILL GO TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN .Excellent! Fantastic!!! A hidden gem!!! There is nothing I can fault with this property. I am a mamnger of a travel agency and have recommended this property over and over to colleagues and customers with not one complaint.
It is worth paying for a seaview room and it is worth paying for the all inclusive option
(if available at the time of booking). I have stayed here on both half board and All
inclusive....just marvellous!
There are a number of good restaurants nearby if you don’t want to walk or catch a dolmus into town for about 50p. Water park can be accessed by local bus too.
When I arrived in my room I was really pleased with the room and the view was breathtaking. It was very relaxing and I was very happy with the hotel.
This was indeed the case. The hotel was top class throughout, with the quality of the food, accommodation and most of all the staff, second to none.
basic just as the brochure says, but it would be hard to find anywhere that is kept cleaner (towels changed daily, and bedding every other) and with more helpful and friendly staff, who aren’t pushy, but are there to help, and who mix well with...
The reception staff can be a bit stuffy, but you don't really need them for anything except possibly booking a late check out room, but this cannot be done until the night before you're leaving...so there you go , I've saved you a job!!!!
Had a wonderful time there. The hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent and the food is great. They have a wonderful Chinese chef there which makes a nice change if you have been in Turkey for a while and would like something different.
There are live entertainment every night with a wonderful team of young people to ensure there is always something to do. The location is wonderful too. It is just outside the hustle bustle of the main town so it is nice and tranquil with beautiful beaches but at the same time it takes no time all to get into town. I would highly recommend this to anybody.

We came to Turkey for a relaxing holiday and that's just what we had. We were booked in on a half-board basis. The hotel is exactly as you see on the web pages, the view at breakfast and at evening meals was breathtaking, it was lovely eating al fresco. The food was excellent, with a good choice and even a dietary buffet for the health conscious. We had booked a double room, but were mistakenly shown to a twin, when we mentioned this, we were soon moved to a double room. We had a really lovely holiday and the only time we weren't happy was when we ate out elsewhere!!

We booked a family holiday (two adults and two teenagers) via Kwik Travel with the accomodation being organised by YOUtravel. Upon arrving at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, the management indicated that they were only expecting three guests. When we were shown to our room, there were only three beds, the third being a put-up bed which had been placed in front of the patio door to the balcony preventing entry to it. The room was clearly not a family room, and there was not enough room to accomodate three people, let alone four. However (after an hour) the hotel placed a further bed in the room in front of the bathroom as this was the only floor space left. This was clearly unacceptable but by this time we were so weary after travelling for several hours, that we just wanted to bed down for the night. In the morning we approached the hotel management and fully expected to be told there had been a mistake, and anticipated that the hotel would rectify this and move us to a family room. However much to our surprise the hotel denied responsibiltiy and stated our agent (YOUtravel) were responsible for ensuring they provided the correct information to the hotel and they were therefore not prepared to assist us. The hotel stated that the room we had been allocated was "bigger than normal" but was not a family room. Furthermore they stated that they were fully booked and therefore had no other rooms available for us to move to. There was no YOUtravel agent at the hotel, and we were not provided with any information as to who to contact in an emergency. We therefore tried to negotiate with the hotel who then offered us a suite, but rather than showing sympathy for our predicament, then demanded a further £1800 for this so called upgrade. We were left with no choice but to bite the bullet and hammer our credit card and move to a suite as it was not viable to stay in the room we had been allocated. We anticiapted that YOUtravel would acknowledge they had made a mistake upon our return to the UK. however much to our surprise this so called "reputable" company denied any responsibilty and have refused to reimburse us any of our addtional costs, or compensate us in any way. We have complained to ABTA and have now instigated proceedings through the County Court to bring this company to task.
Our advice, do not book any accomodation via YOUtravel.com because if it fails to live up to your expectations, they will most likely deny any responsibility and leav you in the lurch. Secondly if you encounter a problem while staying at the overrated and overpriced Korumar hotel, do not expect any sympathy or assistance from the management there. This is supposed to be a five star deluxe hotel, but failied to reach the standards often associated with a 3 star hotel. The drinks were very overpriced and the front of house staff unhelpful.

Great hotel, my parents live in Kusadasi and it is well known among the locals and ex-pats alike as the finest hotel in Kusadasi. Room was of a good size with a comfortable king sized bed and extra pillows if needed. Air-con was of an international standard and controlled from your own room once you close the patio doors. The bathroom facilities were what you would expect from a 5 star hotel with power shower and double sinks.
We opted for a sea view room and what a view! Felt like we were the only guys looking out to the harbour and the pool view lit up at night was absolutely heaven. I have stayed at many 3 star plus hotels in Kusadasi but this is by far the best. Breakfast is international standard and a great view as well.
The only gripe would be that as others have commented, the drinks and food can be a mite expensive, but hey the dolmus into town is so regular and so inexpensive that one cannot grumble and even the taxis are reasonable. That is the point of visiting a foreign land, to get out there and sample a different slant on what the country has to offer each night whilst still having the comfort of a 5 star hotel.
All in all the staff are polite and only to happy to help, we ordered ice to our room to have our drink al fresco and were never questioned or charged.
Top hotel in Kusadasi.

Booked this Hotel over the internet via Med Hotels as the hotel looked brilliant. 2 adults 2 children aged 3 & 9.
This was indeed the case. The hotel was top class throughout, with the quality of the food, accommodation and most of all the staff, second to none.
The only gripe was that if not all inclusive, the drinks in the hotel are mighty expensive as well as the snacks from the snack bar, hence the slight downgrade from 10/10 to 9/10
The entertainment from animation team was superb nightly, and they could not do enough for the children to keep them entertained. Superb. These guys are the best.
We made many friends there from both staff and guests and we look forward to return if not in the near future, certainly next year.
I would advise anybody who wishes to visit Kusadasi Turkey to go to the Korumar. It has been the best holiday out of 10 destinations around the world that we have been to.

This hotel I first found on the internet and liked the look of the hotel.
When I arrived in my room I was really pleased with the room and the view was breathtaking. It was very relaxing and I was very happy with the hotel.
My only problem was the hotel was quite a walk away from the shops etc and you had to either hire a car or walk to the centre or wait for a bus to come along, but as I had a car it was not a big problem to get around.
The indoor pool is very small and you cannot have a good swim in there if you like swimming. The changing rooms are also very small and not adequate for more than 3 people in there at a time and it is also opposite the mens changing rooms, which can be awkward if you’re trying to change and someone opens the door while you’re changing.
I paid extra for the sea view as the other side did not get the sun as or had the great view, but it was worth the extra money.
I would recommend this hotel but not sure how much it would cost at the height of the summer season as I went when there was not that many tourists and the rooms were cheaper due to the time of the year that I went.
I would also recommend all inclusive which starts in April as the drinks can be expensive.

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It has just been refurbished and the rooms are lovely. Good standard throughout the hotel. Food good but drinks are expensive if you aren’t all inclusive. It’s a great location, if you don’t mind the 1/2 hour walk into town.
There are a number of good restaurants nearby if you don’t want to walk or catch a dolmus into town for about 50p. Water park can be accessed by local bus too.

this hotel is by no means a 5 star hotel, rooms very small and bathroom was badly finished shower was in the bath, nice view though and the pool was nice also, they state they have there own private beach! what a joke it consists of a wheel barrow full of sand tipped over a few rocks and trust me i am not exaggerating you would not have room to lay a towel down,i was looking forward to playing archery but i cud not get any help from any staff member i asked about playing it so i gave up asking,99% of the staff have next to no English and are not very help full, i found most of the male staff very rude, at 1 stage i went to the pool bar where they left me standing there while they argued with each other, i stayed half board big mistake because they charge more for drinks and snacks there than they do at home, they only want your money and as much as they can squeeze out of you, i was there for my birthday, they left a letter in my room wishing me happy b-day which was nice, then i spotted the 2 bruised apples and 2 rotten peaches in a basket they left with the note, i did not expect anything but that was an insult,i have stayed in hotels all over the world on different family occasions and they have always left something nice in the room but this was a real insult. i would not recommend this hotel for these reason, and it should be rated as a 3 star at the very most, very disappointing
