WE HAD BASIC CHALETS.. A LOT OF PEOPLE ON THIS SITE WHO SPOKE FAVOURABLY ABOUT PONTIN'S PAKEFIELD, HAD CLUB CLASS CHALETS, WHICH IS FAR SUPERIOR AND COSTS APPROX £20 EXTRA EACH. THEY ALSO HAVE CHALET SERVICE EACH DAY AND A FREE NEWSPAPER EACH DAY. read more

Dirty accommodation. Filthy carpets and bathrooms. Had to get our toilet seats changed they were so stained and dirty. Had to call plumber in straight away as no heaters working, shower not working. No chalet maid service.
