went half board with three kids... good points..... clean chalet food was good entertainment ok beer prices average swimming pool was good price was good due to late booking... bad points not enough staff on hand filthy public toilets at venues(looked like they never clean... more

arrived for a long weekend had to wait for one hour to check in, staff were polite and helpful accommodation was clean, bedding spotless.Had a take away from site chippy which went straight in the bin!frozen chips and frozen fish yuck!bread at breakfast was green with mould.Bar prices extortionate.

absoultley disgusting from grandslammam
arrived 26th may 2008, my mother was taken 5 children for a week, we brought two down by car thank god! my mother arrived at approx 1.30pm to be told can't check in until 4.00pm, so we had to wait, 4.00pm came and it was announced that you would have to join the queue to book in, ok 4.20pm we had keys but told room was not ready had to wait another 15mins, because chalet so far away from main club we started to walk to find it, the outside of chalets looked like slum, we eventually found the room, security was going to be issue as no street lights around the park, we opened the room to find it hadn't been cleaned at all, radiator off the wall, carpets stinking beds still had dirty tissue on them, bath was still dirty, sofabed had stained vomit on it, we asked one of the cleaners when it would be done, she fetched the deputy manager, he came with a receptionist they also seen the room offered us a full refund because there was no 3 bed chalets available. while we were waiting for our refund other hoilday makers were also waiitng for theirs. I wouldn't recommend this place to my arch enemy ,
