Stayed at Brean Sands from the 15/7/11 til 18/7/11 and wasn't impressed with this site it was dirty from the onset when entering our chalet there were no chairs to sit on to eat the curtains were hanging off and the plug socket that the t.v was plugged into was very loose... more

just returned from a week in pontins. must say that the brouchure and website are misleading and not to trust them. My two children who are 4 and 3 enjoyed themselves but in my opinion the entertainment and the accommodation was not up to standard. very dated and grubby.... more

Just returned from a long weekend here. Paid £170.00 through the '£9.50' Sun holidays and what a disappointment! The whole place should be knocked down and rebuilt. The club is dark dingy and generally filthy. The floor doesn't look or feel as though it's been cleaned... more
