Just returned from a weeks holiday, nothing wrong with it, had a great time, the kids enjoyed themselves and so did we, entertainment was good, chalet was clean and so was the bedding. We have not had any problems.

when arriving to this camp site on 22nd july 2011. i could not beleive it!!! the queue for the key was realy badly long, took 40mins to get key.well the room was terrible!! lucky i took my own bedding, the smell was terrible!!! i took my own plates etc.. i would never stay... more

How this site is allowed to stay open is the question.After booking two family chalets for six adults we were allocated one chalet which we had to argue that we had paid for two and that was what we wanted,eventually we got what we asked for and went to the chalets... more

Pontins provides the cheapest get away option for families and if it's just a base and you have a car that's fine. We have a large family and the low cost helpful but low price should not mean low hygiene, this being my main concern here. The chalet was grubby and ours was... more

well what can one say. it was a complete waste of time going there. we would have left the same day if it wernt for the kids. even then we left early. faeces on sheets and curtains , blood stained duvet and on curtain. mould everywhere. exposed electric wires. broken wall... more

came back early from pontins yesterday. the accomodation was dirty just like everyone said. The entertainment in the night was competitions all night long. till about 10pm untill some pretty awful singer came on, in particular was a awful Michael Jackson impersonater. The... more

After reading the reviews was expecting a total dump so packed a tent and all bedding/towels just in case it was too disgusting to stay! Our apartment was fine - small and basic but didn't expect anything else. Sheets & towels were clean. Glad I took extra bedding though... more

well where do i start this place needs smashing down.the staff are so rude its unbelievable swear they are supposed to be friendly.our room was discusting the smell was so bad,i would not walk bear foot on the stinking carpets or let my kids.the beds were so uncomfortable... more
