I applied for a weekend break in the sun newspaper and was given a Friday to Monday break at Pontins Brean Sands.

I was pleased, until my father reported that a friend of his left within an hour of being there due to the standards.

This was absolutely disgusting. When we arrived and got to our chalet I went to the shop on site, and brought bleach and disinfectant. This room was meant to be cleaned before we arrived but it wasn’t a very good job if it had been cleaned.read more
