we arrived at 2 0 clock,waited the obligatory 2 hours,we got into queue,and at 4 20 ,we still didnt have keys,rude staff .on finding chalet supposed to be near amenities,was over the back of camp,chalet grim,no duvets pillows bed linen,and were next to families with kids... more

i would to say to people never go to this place bed was broke stains on bed maggots in sink it was a right mess not fit for a dog never mind a family

Never again would i go to pontins, the whole place was dirty. I have never seen anything like it in my life. Luckly we got a full refund after hours of standing in a queue with hunderds of other people wanting there money back too. But i can not understand how this place hasnt been shut down yet.

just back from brean, rat traps everywere, damp chalets earwigs everywere, windows stuck shut or stuck half open,,sheet with stains on or riped,, we went all in never again burt breakfastest, no tea, qued for up to an hour, one serveing, staff running in late for there... more

stayed here fri-mon tried to change our room we had already upgraded so i dont want to know what they wwere going to give us to start with but to many people trying to do the same it was the pits so bad my daughter and her boyfriend drove back to coventry and wudnt... more

Not everybody paid for Pontins with Sun tokens. We paid 400.00, which was also supposedly half price. I have never been to such awful place.
We did however get a full refund after staying for 10mins. Cannot believe this place is allowed to stay open. Needs to be knocked down.

having been to pontins brean sands three years running now i wonder where these negative reviewers come from we have enjoyed all three holidays and not come across most of the negative things that these people write about Most if not all bluecoats are courteous and polite... more

Chalet-more like zoo cage-dirty-all cutlery/crockery needed washing and even then wouldn't want to use-got our own mugs for drinks and then ate off site after first night. Table and surfaces sticky all over.Windows dirty.Heater hanging off wall. Could hear everything from... more
