everything did nt work. the kettle , the drinks machines, the telephone , slush machine and the staff just shrugged their shoulders. blue coats were great but other staff were rude and miserable. were told was bad cos 3000 people were there but only 4 bar staff on and one... more

we went to pontins last week we had very clean chalets,we're well looked after by the staff as my nans wheelchair had broken down and had to wait for someone to repair. the food was good apart breckfast on are last day. theres also captaions crocs play for younger children... more
