This is a fantastic hotel, very clean and the animation team such as Engen and Pedro and Freida were fantastic with our two children aged 4 and 9. They really work very hard, the food is great and the pools are fantastic. Every one in the hotel from the cleaners to the bell boys were fantastic. This is our third holiday abroad this year and this is one of the best we have had especially for the children, they loved it and didnt want to come home. Weather was great in the late 80 - 90. Went into Kusadasi centre which is lovely near to the harbour with lots of nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Absolutely loved it. Food was amazing and there was loads of it all day. Best hotel I have ever been to. Gonna go again this year definitely. Right next to beach. Bit out of town but cheap to get on these little minibuses into town and anywhere else. Taxi back at about 2am was £8 so good value. Rooms lovely. View amazing. Weather perfect. I can't recommend this enough!!

I booked a 4 day break - Friday to Monday, and requested that the caravan be located close to the beach, yet far enough from the entertainment. When I checked in and found that my request had not been granted, I queried it with the staff, who eventually placed my family and I in a "residents" caravan on Eden Vale (for no extra charge), which was just a few minutes from the entertainment. The caravan was 3 bedroomed and in all fairness, excellent quality. The crockery and cutlery were very clean.
The on-site food which consisted of Burger King, Fish and Chip Shop, Pizza and a restaurant left a lot to be desired. Whilst the cost of the food at the restaurant was not overly expensive, the size of the portion and more importantly, the quality was very very poor. Infact, so unimpressed with it, we found a Hungry Horse Restaurant just a few minutes away from Scarbrough, which was a 15 minute drive away. The food was comparatively priced but much, much better in terms of quality and quantity. I sampled the on-site fish and chip shop once, and can honestly say it has to be one of the worst portion of fish, chips and curry sauce I have EVER tasted. The curry sauce was simply vile.
Looking at the web site, the swimming pools look impressive. On my visit to the pool by the entertainment block, in the hour I was there, I observed 2 people sustain particularly unpleasant cuts. On my one and only go of the slide, I hurt my ankle. On my visit to the other pool, I not only hurt my back, but also bruised very badly my arm. I can supply photographs of this injury. I take my daughter swimming every week, and this in the weeks I have been taking her, I've not suffered any injuries or seen anyone sustain them either. That said, in the Primrose Valley pools, there are objects such as slides, monkey bars compared to the swimming baths which I attend.
My biggest critisism of the pools is the cleanliness. In the pool by the main entrance, there was a separate "bubble" pool. The railings and groutings around this pool were unbelievably filthy and in need of maintenance. Indeed, whilst I was bathing in the bubble pool, a member of staff armed with a brillo pad was cleaning the fittings.
The cleanliness of the changing rooms was despicable. The floors were clearly dirty and in 2 empty cubicles alone, soiled nappies were visible.
As for entertainment, Haven had characters such as Anxious the Elephant. During the day they paraded the site meeting and greeting children. Shows were also put on during the day, which my daughter loved.
I didn't have much need to speak with Haven staff but on the occasions I did, I found the staff very friendly and helpful.
Although my comments may paint a very negative picture, I'd certainly go back again. I most certainly would NOT use the onsite restaurants, arguing that for a quick 10-15 minute drive there is far, far better outside of the complex. As I said, the biggest gripe for me was the cleanliness of the changing rooms at the swimming pools. Had this not been an issue, then my overall rating of 5 would have been either 7 or 8.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. This hotel really does have something to cater for everyone, with the entertainment team proving activities throughout the day and night for both adults and children. Your never lost for something to do.
All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly in fact they couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are very clean and tidy. The whole hotel is really looked after and they keep it spotlessly clean through out.
There was a whole variety of food available at some point throughout the day there was food on offer somewhere even down to a snack being available at midnight. I've been on quite a few all inclusives and never had ice cream included, however at the Fantasia they have an hour each day where ice cream is readily available to all. GREAT!
A fantastic feature of the hotel is their free photography service where the staff spend 2 hours taking pictures with a variety of different backgrounds including the pool and in a garden.

Location *
This hotel has the best location out of all hotels around that area. It is on the dual carriage way and next to very quite residential area. Local newsagent and restaurant/bar is just outside the hotel. I tried shish kebab and grilled chicken in the restaurant, which were served in the bread that I didn’t enjoy. The market is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel. On the way there is English bar, they serve full English breakfast (for those who are missing English breakfast in Turkey!!!).
Market *
It is very clean and safe. Opening time is 10:00 AM to midnight. They mainly sell clothes, jewellery and display items. They all do bargain on price-tagged and untagged items.
Hotel*
It has 5 swimming pools including 1 indoor pool. They all are very clean and well maintained. You will find a bar near all swimming pools except indoor pool. Bar servers 6 cocktails, local beer and juices from 10.00 AM to midnight. There are 3 shops in the hotel; they sell leather jackets, purse, and jewellery and display items. Lots of sofas everywhere and free WiFi connection on the ground floor. Lighting is not enough on the floor lobby and few days lights were not turned on.
Room*
Although it is a 5 star hotel, room seems equivalent to 3 star hotels. All the double rooms have 2 single beds put together. Don’t sleep on the joint of the bed or you will find yourself on the floor as they move sideways with their wheels. Bathroom is average size but not with the plug for electric shaver. Majority of the rooms has sea view with balcony with table and 2 chairs.
Restaurant *
Massive restaurant with variety of veg and non-veg food. In the breakfast you will get omelette, boiled egg, sausage, cereal, fruits, and fresh pizza (!!!). Toaster is on very low heat; you will need to stand there for at least 10 minutes. Don’t move otherwise your bread will be removed. Chicken, beef, turkey and lamb in the lunch and dinner. Lots of vegetarian items and variety of dissert. They start winding up half an hour before the closing time and few times I noticed the food was running short. You can get snacks in between the restaurant time in the restaurant near the pool.
Beech*
In the private beech you would assume it would start straight after the hotel but it is lots of steps down. It is monitored 24-7 by the security guard. It is not good for the non-swimmer as the water is about 7 feet deep from the start. But if you go to the left in the next-door hotel’s beech you will find sandy cello water beech. Lots of water sports. Banana boat and ringo works out about £7 for 10 minutes.
Staff and service*
Some staff doesn’t understand English and service is very poor. We used to order the drinks well before we start the dinner but always turn up halfway the dinner. While checking out I got charged for the local Turkish mobile phone call (?). Manager also would not understand how I could call on local mobile phone where I don’t know any local.
Entertainment*
It includes turkeys dance, belly dance, Miss Fantasia, best couple and kids show. All the kids were enjoying dance every night for half an hour. Face painting throughout the day. Stage can be made higher so everyone can see.

I cannot understand where all the negative reviews have come from, were they in a different hotel I am left wondering?? I was slightly apprehensive before I left to say the least after reading some of the reviews..
The hotel itself was lovely, yes a little outdated but then I didn't go to Turkey for the decor, It was very clean and the staff were brilliant. I would definitely say it was 4/5* standard for Turkey. I heard some people complaining/moaning (you know the type , the one's who are only happy when they have missed the bus)
I was on my own with a teenage boy,(15) We both had a fantastic time.
The food was good and the variety was extensive. Salads were brilliant, the al a carte food was excellent. No queuing for drinks, beer really nice and NOT watered down.
The pools were fantastic always clean and super tidy around them, the guy working at the pool is really helpful and friendly, and no fighting for sunbeds, (What a pleasant change) whatever time you decided to visit the pool or beach. Free towels provided which was superb.
The Animation Team were great, my teenage son adored them, always plenty to do for teenagers and a very safe environment. I found the staff really helpful and friendly at all times (even when hunting for my teenage AWOL son) The evening entertainment is poor, so take a good book!
All in all what a lovely friendly place to go with the great weather, I found it a delightful combination.
I would recommend this holiday to families with teenagers, the boat trips are really good fun too highly recommended..
9 out of 10 due to the Evening Entertainment.

We have just returned from this hotel and really can’t understand the other points of view at all? We would love to go today.
STAFF
Mostly spoke/understood what we wanted and asked for and were only too keen to help. Ali in the jewellery shop in fair and honest. Doubt you will find cheaper in town and he is much friendlier.
ROOM
We had asked for a top floor and got it, what a great view and the room was roomy, clean, but not a lot of storage space. As we were there for just a week this didn’t really matter too much.
FOOD
If you can’t find something you like, heaven help you! It was beautifully displayed at every sitting. Hot and plentiful. Freshly cooked eggs/omelettes in the morning and same for the pizza/pancakes. Salad were brill! And the puds well, we needed extra baggage just for the waistline!
Non-smoking area for dinner could have been better placed and bigger area, or make the restaurant a no smoking zone.
LOCATION
Out of the way, true, but Dolmus pickup across the road from hotel so no big deal.
POOLS (5 including the kids)
Always clean and the pool man worked hard every day making sure they stayed that way. Fresh clean towels given at no charge and cloth padded cushions for the sunbeds. Never been to a hotel before that I didn’t have to book a bed! But then it was May I guess.
So many areas to choose to sit though I doubt too much of a problem in high season. Negative was the entry to the sea, was via ladder from sea wall. Would need to take care with little ones. They have great pools and don’t forget an indoor pool which is like taking a bath.
ENTERTAINMENT
This wasn’t so good but then we have had enough of the "hotel princess" shows. Take cards, and take the lead and try to get to know people - hell you are on holiday after all!
The bars were good and didn’t have to wait for drinks, again this maybe due to time of year? Drank vodka, which didn’t seem to be watered down and the beer so strong too.
Also had a choice of 6 cocktails to choose from and they were good and the staff presented them with fruit on the side - really lovely.
Not many Brits, but that’s not such a bad thing really. Had a massage and Turkish bath which was approx £30.00 and worth every penny. Middle package of the 3 that are on offer. Have a go, you really won’t regret it!
All in all, we had a really great time, met some great peeps. Thanks to Lynn, Nat, Michael and Julian for their friendship and making the holiday complete.
Sun, sea, great hotel, staff and food, what a great time we had! Happy holiday!

We had a wonderful holiday at HOTEL FANTASIA. The staff were wonderful nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent with plenty of variety to suit every taste. We would like thanks to be passed to the staff of the restaurant especially the manager and also the staff in the balade bar. Nagihan was always very helpful and had a really pleasant nature and works in the balade bar. We will definately be back next year for another two weeks of absolute pleasure.
