Watersedge Hotel

I visited Cobh for a weekend last month and stayed in the WatersEdge hotel. It is nestled right in the heart of the harbour and the balcony outside overhangs over the seafront. I have never had such a wonderful break. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were superb and so reasonable, and the food was excellent. I must say I thouroughly enjoyed my trip. Stayed here for three nights at the end of March. The rooms were big and comfortable; my only criticism is that there could have been a chest of drawers as there was only a wardrobe and two bedside tables. Service was helpful but not overbearing. I was interested in the other reviews about the food. The breakfasts were very good - ranging from cereal, fruit etc to the full Irish. We had one evening meal which was a bit variable.
