A City break in Prague is one of the best European experiences around! We spent 3 nights at the 5 star Hotel Pariz, a beautiful Art Nouveau building in a very central location. The hotel itself is visually superb, although our particular room was on the small side. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the hotel service, in every respect, definitely five star.
Prague is a wonderful city - one of the most architecturally stunning places you'll ever see. There are no signs whatsoever these days of the austerity of the communist era. It is a lively, wealthy place, with great restaurants and entertainment.
There really is something for everybody here - plenty of sightseeing, culture and nightlife.

This hotel was well deserving of it's 5 stars, the staff were friendly and always willing to help and the rooms were impeccable. I would definately recomend this to anyone visiting Prague as it was in a perfect location. We did not eat in the restaurants other than for breakfast as it was rather expensive.
The only thing that let it down was that smoking was allowed everywhere in the hotel which could get really smokey at times. But that was the case everywhere in prague.
