Great apartments, staff worked constantly to maintain high standards. Overbooking an ongoing problem which senior management do not handle in an efficient way. Kids club needs immediate attention.

Just got back from Turkey Kentia apt ,are great ,rooms large and very clean,one bedroom apt,does afamily of 4 with plenty of room . Foodwas great althought some dishes expensive for what they are e.g steak .weather was great above 40 for two weeks ,staff were great and were good with kids too, poolarea brill,only down side was the health &beauty salon my wife had a incident in the salon which the managementwhere still looking at, if anyone had problems too pleasecontact me ,but the salon iseasily avoidedwhile moving about the c omplex. but over all verygood. P.S Kentia could sent me a up date please

Just back from two weeks holiday at Kentia where we had a fantastic holiday one of the best we have had in Turkey. The staff were very friendly and the apartments were kept spotlessly clean all the time we were there. Had a few meals at Kentia and they were of a high standard. Side maybe a bit far away but does not spoil your time at Kentia. Look forward to returning there again in the future.
No good for people with walking problems from A TripAdvisor Member
hi just goy back from KENTIA in side would not recomend for disabled people as there is loads of steps up to the rooms and poolside there are 6 ground floor rooms always full +side very clean and maids lovely - reception staff very frosiey and a long way from beach there is a free bus service which we found stoped at the hotel nextdoor at 10.00 in the morring , it would cost 7000 each way in a taxi as buses are not that regulair very dissapointed with the hotel to far out

Just come back from two weeks at the Kentia.We (2 adults 2 10yr old kids)found it very clean with the most lovely gardens of trees and flowers.Help from staff was mostly good,but a special mention to the animation team(kids club)who always had a smile, and genuinely looked like they enjoyed their jobs. Beach is about a 15-20 min walk which got to be a pain when you have a days worth of stuff to carry there and back.Side is too far to walk to with kids,and a difficult walk even for able adults.Kentia is basically in the middle of nowhere.Taxis are fairly cheap though,but haggle.Dolmus great experience and regular,and they go to most local destinations. Eating.Well,restaurant at the Kentia so so.Mehmets in the ruins good food,friendly service.Soundwaves by the town beach,great location,bit pricey though,food ok.Most fun place we found,was the Sultan Ay.Park your English reserve,enjoy the fun.Food good and very reasonable.Great staff. One last thing.If you like to lay in every day past 10,this may not be for you.I won't spoil the suprise further. Yes,i would go back.Kids loved the pool most.

We have just got back from Kentia Appartments and have to say they are well worth staying in. The staff are friendly and helpfull although didn't think the restruant on site was all that great but having stayed in the well equiped appartment for two weeks the holiday was well worth it. Side beach and town, a short walk away is clean and friendly. Beware if it's your first time while shopping the shop keepers are a bit overpowering but you learn how to avoid being harrassed. We strongly recommend a '' jeep safari'' up into the Taurus mountains where you will experience breathtaking views and have fun too but its not for the faint hearted!! we will be returning to Kentia again next May 2006 and look forward to seeing more of beautifull Turkey.

Kentia Apartments was an absolute brilliant hotel. The entertainment was very scarce up untill the age of about 40. the entertainers were mainly for children and would often be very entertaining for the selected age group. The staff were amazing they work from 6am till 2am and throught out their very long day they were marvelous to be around. The only complaints i have are about the laque of sunbeds and the fact that the hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere. overall a great holiday due to the excellent staff of the kentia apartments.

SUPERB KENTIA from A TripAdvisor Member
We're just back from a fortnight at the Kentia Apartments in Side with our 3 children (15, 9 & 3) and we've just booked again for the same fortnight in 2005! Need we go any further!!! Apartments 1st class, all staff hardworking and extremely helpful and friendly and food, both on site and outwith, superb and very good value for money. A special mention for Mehmets (in the Ruins) and our very friendly local restaurant called Cumali Alikoglu (French speaking gentleman and his family who went out of their way to make our visits very special). Overall a brilliant time was had by all. See ya all at the Kentia next year.
