This hotel is the friendliest hotel I ever stayed! The staff made me feel very welcome and they helped me very good finding my way in Amsterdam. They helped me to plan my full 5 days in Amsterdam and I think I have seen every interesting place.
The room was just renovated and I had a big flat screen on the wall. The beds were perfect and so was the breakfast. When I came out of my room the first morning for breakfast I met the cleaning guy and he was so friendly as well. He gave me a hand and told me his name. He asked me if everything was ok, if I had enough towels and if there was something he could do for me. Also the staff in the breakfast room was really good and friendly.
I can really recommend this hotel.
