Opera Richepanse Hotel

We spent two night at Richepanse and were most satisfied. Styleful small hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms had no signs of wear and tear and represented nice art deco style. One of the best hotels in this price category I have seen.

I stayed here with my husband and three children earlier this month. We were very pleased with both rooms and found the hotel to be very clean. Our bathrooms were especially pleasant. The front desk staff was very helpful and cordial. The location was very central to our needs. Continental breakfast was expensive, but very fresh and plentiful. Overall- a good value and very comfortable stay. I would recommend it to friends.

My Husband and I stayed at this hotel only last week and can confirm the hotel was really really good. Yes, there were 2 single beds pushed together, yes it was a small lobby and breakfast area, yes underground tube station could be heard but all in all the hotel still completely won me over!!! It was the worst 2 nights I spent at a hotel. This is barely a 2 star property. Could not sleep due to the metro running under the hotel combined with the car noise all through the night and delivery truck noise early in the morning. Standard room only has 1 double bed where the superior room has 2 small single bed pushed together. Everything about this place needs to be updated from the lobby, room, and especially the bathroom. There are definitely better options than this place in Paris. Best thing about this property was the friendly staff.

Stayed in this hotel in 2/2005. The best thing about it is the location, which is PERFECT: 1min to Madelaine, 2min to Place de la Concord & Tuileries, 5min to Opera,... The hotel itself is nice with friendly staff. Our room was big (superior room) with separated bath- & restroom, complimentary coffee maker and partial view of the Madelaine itself. Great location but didn't deserve a 4 stars rating. Small lobby which was similar to B&B. Friendly staffs but some not good in english. Don't expect the superior rooms to be a big and nice view room, it was just a basic room. Bathroom was nice, with noisy pipes at middle of night however. Garbage truck working in early morning that make it impossible to sleep. The only point that's worthy to stay was the location.

Great location, some of the best food shops within 100m of the hotel, get a deal and get a VIP room with great views out over Place de Madeline, 10 min walk to/from Roissy Bus to the airport. We got a deal and would highly recommend the place, not sure about the 'rack rate' but lastminute got us a superb price. Checkin at midnight took less than a minute and while the lobby is small this is standard for Paris city centre hotels. Compared to a lot of Paris hotels this gets my vote. A well located hotel, but expected more for 4 star. Tiny bedrooms and bathrooms with very strange/horrible plastic fake beams on the ceiling. Dimly lit narrow corridors which reminded me of a youth hostel. Apart from that, the breakfast was very good and all in all we had a good stay.

Stayed at this hotel for a Weekend in Mid August. Excellent location near the Place de la Concord, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent. The only thing that let this hotel down was its choice of Taxi partner. The guy they called for us not only was expensive, but tried to fleece another Euro from us for our overnight bag (or only piece of luggage). ?d´?e and charming hotel with very courteous staff. The location is excellent between Madeline and Place de la Concorde. The rooms were of good size, not the small types that I had feared. The breakfast was also very good. Very satisfying experience.
