The Arcotel Teatrino is a deluxe hotel located 20 kilometers from the Ruzyne Airport. The airport is easily and quickly accessible by tram. The Arcotel Teatrino is convenient to many area attractions such as Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, Wenceslas Square, Mucha Museum and Prague Wax Museum. Also not far from the hotel are the Old Town Square, Jewish Quarter, Municipal House and the Museum of Decorative Arts. Opened in July of 2000, this four-star property is a designer hotel housed in a Art Nouveau building. We have just returned from a short break in Prague. Our hotel, the Arcotel Teatrino, was in the Zizkov area which is the old communist stronghold of the city. The area is rather run down and grimy and had little to offer.

A nice but rather pricey hotel which has the big disadvantage of being located some distance from the city centre which is not ideal on a short break sightseeing holiday.

The hotel has some lovely features, the dining room is a converted theatre hall and is very stunning. The food here was delicious but quite pricy compared to other restaurant prices in Prague.

Excellent - something for everyone in this beautiful city.
Prices are still cheap for everything - food, transport, beer, hotels.
I would suggest reading on-line travel guides for ideas "off the beaten track".
