in all the hotels i have stayed in this is the worst one ever. We stayed here for 2 weeks and we didnt get clean towels or sheets for those 2 weeks, shower curtain was mouldy and torn, dirty mouldy toilet. When ever we went to the reception to complain they were never there... more

This hotel if you can call it that resembled a hostel. My friend and I went in September last year the room was tiny and we had to use the same towels all week. We knew it was going to be basic but basic was not the word! The waiters hassled us all week and would not leave... more

If you are looking for an early night, then this is definitely not the hotel or the location for you. My friend and I enjoy nights out on hoiliday but this one had the really loud dance music playing until after 1am every night. When ours closed down, the one next door... more

If your booking a twin room for you and a friend (not partner) make sure you are close friends as you will be sleeping side-by-side for your stay...and I mean side-by-side, one miss judged roll over and you will land on top of them. Room is very small and beds are so close... more

last year was my first visit to marmaris and my first visit to the sun gezgin hotel. the staff are so welcoming and really friendly people. the hotel ıs really nice.. its got everything you would need.. iron... hairdryer...clean sheet and towels everyday!!!! couldnt ask... more

i didnt stay in sun gezgin friends of mine did....but we were never out of that hotel....the people and staff are so friendly they really go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome the entertainment was brilliant when i go back to marmaris this hotel would def be my first choice...

we arrived at the ladik park and it was awful we went into marmaris and found the sun gezgin and rite away they gave us a room . the staff were really great and our room overlooked the beach and was cleaned every day. we nick named the manager smiler for obvious reasons but we got him to smile and he is a lovely person . breakfast was lovely and the service great ,only thing is they do badger you to eat there every day but thats understandable its just business. just it was my friends first time in turkey and we wanted to try all differant... more

The hotel is basic but clean its attached to a great bar that does entertainment till 1 which is such a laugh! I felt safe and comptable with the hotel and bar staff which was really important to me being a young woman. I would 100 percent go back and stay there again. The view from the rooms over look the sea and whats better than cocktails brought to you on a gorgeous clean beach with a free sun lounger everyday! Its a must people! more

We have just returned from an 11 night stay. The rooms are very very basic and really do require some serious updating, there was plaster from the ceiling falling on my case one day! The hot water, or lack of it was a real problem and on 2 days it was yellow!! The maid serivce was superb though, every day they came in and cleaned and we were more than happy to leave them a decent tip at the end of the holiday A word of warning, the faulty friends pub downstairs, as good as it is, has music going on until 1 in the morning and if... more

Myself & my 14yr old daughter booked this last minute on the internet, some of the comments put me off a little but we only paid £10.00 a night. On arrival you do have to walk through the restaurant but the view from our room was amazing, the room was clean, towels changes nearly every day, no fridge but you really didnt need one as supermarket etc on doorstep. Myself (Sarah 17) and my family (mum - Debbie 35, mums carer Sarah 34 and sister Chantelle 14) returned from Hotel Sun Gezgin roughly 2 weeks ago, and we loved every second of it! The hotel is centerally located, just a stones throw away from the beach, shops, Gima - the local supermarket and shopping centre. just back from the sun gezgin last week, had a great time,we had stayed at this hotel 7 years ago ,the reception area is not too inviteing but the room was clean enough, the location is the best right on the beach front which suited us ,and the music from all the other bars and resturants were fine but not for children trying to sleep.we would go back but not with the kids. more

Location of this hotel was great - on the beach and within walking distance of Icmeler and Marmaris centre. Hotel itself was awful. It costs £10 per week for the safe - make sure you pay this money! While we were there loads of people had their rooms broken into and goods and valuables stolen. The locks on the doors are quite flimsy. There is music playing very loudly until 1am every night, so you need to make sure you either tire yourself out during the day so you go to sleep anyway, or else stay out until after the bars... more

I have recently come back from staying at the Sun Gezgin with my boyfriend and it was amazing! Upon first sight, the hotel appears to be very basic, as it's based on top of a busy restaurant and has a small swimming pool, which has hardly any room to sunbathe around. After settling in though, you realise that the hotel is in a prime location, as it's right at the beachfront, is in the centre of all the bars and restaurants and the supermarket is only a short walk away.
