This was the ultimate in a get away from it all holiday. The pace of life here is so slow all the stresses and strains of everyday life at home are quickly forgotten.
The Panormitis Studios are in an ideal spot with lovely views. The rooms are comfortable and more a more spacious than some Greek accommodation. There is also a swimming pool here, a nice sun terrace and also a small bar. The local tavernas are really traditional with home made food, although you do have to wait a while for it to be cooked. Never mind we sipped the local wine, which was a little rough but became much better once we had drunk a few glasses.
We can strongly recommend it here to anyone that wants to unwind on holiday in rural surroundings where time has stood still although do not expect any luxuries here. The island of Kalymnos is famous for its sponges.
