I have just returned from a weeks holiday at the Sideris Villa which though basic was immaculately clean. Sideris was always helpful and went the extra mile to make the holiday special. I will certainly return and would recommend these apartments to others. Thank you Mr. S for everything, see you soon.

My husband and i have just returned from a 2 week holiday in the Sideris Sunflower Villa in Kamari Santorini. Not only was the room large with double bed, the kitchen was roomy with a lovely new fridge. Very large balcony with great views. The room was cleaned every day to a very high standard with linen change every other day. The pool and area was spotless, and you could always get a sunbed, whatever time of day. Gregory and Sideris were very helpful anything you wanted just ask them. The location was just right, a 5-10 minute stroll to the beach and lots of tavernas. The only very very minor we can think of was the shower head needed a bracket to fix it to the wall. But after holidaying on lots of different greek islands we know this is very common. We have been going to the greek islands for the last 14 years and in our opinion the Sideris Sunflower was of very high quality. We would definitely return and book with Gregory direct. A walk to ancient Thira is a must from Kamari, it costs 2 euros to enter the actual ruins and worth every euro, but be warned it closes at 2.30pm. Fira and Oia (pronounced ear)are also worth a bus ride which costs 1.40 euro. We hired a car and saw the whole island in 3 days, our fav beach was Vlihada. On the whole this was our first visit to Santorini and we would definitely return.

My husband and I have just returned from a week at the Sideris. Gregory and his brother who own it, are the most kind hearted people you could hope to meet. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The place is basic, but clean and well maintained. It has a small bar which is well priced and you can help yourself and put the money in a dish on the bar if nobody is around! It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and main shops. Santorini is a beautiful island and Imerovigli was our favourite rather than the busy towns of Fira and Oia.

just returned from 2 weeks and could not have wished for a better holiday. gregory and his brother sideris were very friendly and could not do enough for you.
the rooms were very clean but basic and were cleaned regularly as were the beds and towels, the pool and sun lounge area were also cleaned regularly throughout the day. the poolside bar was available all day and during the evening if required.
the studios/apartments were ideally situated being a 5 minute walk from the main beach front and all the restaurants and shops.
i would recommend this accomodation and would certainly return there..

We have just returned from Sideris Studios and cannot praise the holiday enough. We were forced to move from another complex due to the unacceptably low standard of accommodation and stayed at Sideris as guests of Gregory and his brother. These studios are immaculate , comfortable and the area is perfect to reach everywhere in this delightful resort. We have had a wonderful time and are breaking all our rules of the past by returning next year. We will recommend Sideris to all our friends. What wonderful people these are. Thank You so so much for your kindness and hospitality.

We had a brilliant holiday on the island of Santorini in mid September. We stayed at the Sideris Apartments which were lovely. Well looked after by two brothers, beautifully clean and they couldn't do enough for you. We had a lovely big room with a patio. Kamari is the best place on the Island to stay. There was regular transport into Fira, the capital of the Island.
My only gripe about the holiday in general is that wherever you go it is very hilly. The Sideris apartments are at the top of quite a long road down to the beach and to where the restaurants and night life are. It is a long pull back up the road. This isn't stated in the Kosmar brochure. I do have a walking problem and, had I known about this, would have tried to book something further down the hill. However, hills aside, Santorini is one of the nicest islands I have visited.

We loved our stay at the Sideris studios, it was clean and tidy and the apartments were cleaned every day.
The owners, Sideris and Gregory were very friendly welcoming to our friends and family who were staying at different hotels.
The pool area had a nice little bar and there were always sun beds to lay on. It was one of the friendliest hotels I have ever stayed in. The resort itself was fantastic, full of tavernas and bars. Two good places to eat were the No Name Taverna and the Andreas Taverna, both just down the hill from the hotel towards the beach.
The best place for cocktails is Mango's bar on the seafront. A must while you are there is Thira. It must be the most picturesque place I've ever seen. Make sure to get the cable car down to the harbour and ride the donkeys back up; very hair-raising but brilliant all the same.
I would definitely go back to Kamari and stay in the Sideris studios. Thanks Sideris and Gregory for such a great holiday.

The Sideris apartments are probably the nicest self catering apartments I have stayed at on a Greek Island. The rooms are basic but comfortable and, unusually for a Greek resort, they were cleaned every day.
The accommodation is centrally located, within 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, tavernas and shops yet quiet enough not to be disturbed by passing traffic.
The pool was nice & clean and we never had any problem getting a sun bed.
The excursions are well worth taking - especially the sunset cruise - make sure though that you are actually booked on the King Thiras - the authentic Greek sailing boat.
There are quite a few 'authentic type boats' which are not anywhere near as nice - if necessary book direct through one of the excursion shops along the beach front!
Kosmar were very good and the reps were very helpful. We loved it so much that we have just booked the same accommodation for 2007 -can't wait!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Sideris Studios in August. We had a poolside room which was very spacious and clean. Although the studios are by a main road you don’t see or notice the traffic. There were plenty of lounges by the pool and in the shade if needed. There was a small bar as well. The main advantage of staying here is its proximity to the beach and tavernas- 5 minute walk.
It is very handy to have a kitchenette to store cool drinks, breakfast and snacks to eat by the pool.
Please note that air conditioning is approx 7-10 euro/day but is definitely worth every penny. Safety deposit box is also extra.
If we went again we would be happy to stay at this friendly, comfortable lodgings.
