This family run property, close to the Filia in Troulos, is approached up a short steep hill, so would be unsuitable for those with walking difficulties. It has a swimming pool, a popular taverna and large indoor bar. There is a block of simple studios for 2, some sleeping 3 people, and a second block containing studios for 2, and an apartment for up to 4, all with air conditioning payable locally. Very friendly family. Cool, air conditioned rooms that are cleaned daily by a hardworking cleaner. Nice food (cooked by Mama), Excellent specials served by very friendly staff (Nikos and Christakis).
In the bar they own the biggest screen in Skiathos, perfect for watching football matches and films on. Excellent entertainment: Greek nights, Quiz nights, Football matches (With BBC Commentary), Free pool table, Table football, Internet access.
Overall an excellent restaurant and lovely rooms.

Found Chris and family very nice. We have been to Christakis 4 times now, they do their very best to make you very welcome.
The overall holiday is very good there. The accommodation is basic but clean. The food is good. The pool is nice and clean and well kept. If you like any type of sport you can watch it here.
Evenings are good as they have things going on I shall be going back again in 2007 it starts my summer off.

Great family, very friendly with a lively bar and a good sized pool, The accommodation is as advertised basic but clean and now with air con as it can get very warm. We love it.
Troulos has a fantastic beach very safe and plenty of Tavernas and bars to eat out in, No good if you want lots of shops but Skiathos Town is only a short Bus ride away.
Chris and his family made the holiday for us and we are going back again we love it.

We have never met so many friendly people as we did here, and the island is beautiful. Two pieces of advice - don't book here if you can't manage hills - the apartments were at the top of a very steep slope, and hire a car if you want to make the most of Skiathos and its 66 beaches.
Wouldn't hesitate to go back and stay here!
