This was our first holiday away as a family, my two daughters at the time were 6 and 8 and fight like cat and dog so we were hoping for the best. That is exactly what you get with crystal bay, the apartments are spotless, air conditioned and more importantly for us quiet. The owners couldn’t be more helpful and are always on hand to help you with anything you might need.
Its states in the brochure to use the Ilyssion pool, don’t you pay for beds and use of pool and the refreshments are expensive, if you turn left at the exit of the apartments grounds 5 minutes walk is palm bay studios where you will find a free pool and a very friendly atmosphere. A rocky cove is no more than 50m away excellent for snorkelling, but if you use palm bay there is a quite sandy beech perfect for the kids a further 5 minute walk away. Pefkos centre is about 10 minutes walking where you will find many restaurants, bars and cash machines (they often run out of money).
You can easily hire a car and explore the island Lindos 2km away is worth a trip, but if you chose not to you wont be disappointed by Pefkos its quite and relaxing perfect for a family.
We will be returning hopefully in 2007.

My wife and I have just returned from these fabulous apartments/studios and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the place, and the view from our studio was fantastic. Straight across the road was the glistening sea in front of the gardens.
Rooms were very clean and spacious with plenty of work tops to prepare food on also plenty of utensils and pans. Plenty of hot water too.
Sophia the lady looking after the place for the owners was such a charming person and her cakes are fabulous.
Watch out for those damn mosquitoes, use the air conditioning.
Will endeavour to return there again in the future.
