Iatridis Studio Apartments

All i have to say is that this was the most amazing holiday ever...i must recomend the air con...sooooo worth it...holiday rating 12 out of 10 ....

I recently stayed in Iatridis Apartments for a two week holiday with one of my best girl mates. The apartments are basic but have all you need for a party holiday! The rooms were extremely clean and the cleaners came rounds every couple of days and really gutted them again. The gentleman who owns the apartments is very polite and welcomed us on arrival. The pool bar outside of the hotel was fantastic. The pool bar was open very early and the night bar was open till late. They served amazing food and drinks for very reasonable prices. George and Maria who run the pool bar are really lovely people and are always there to help and give you valuable holiday advice. They have a laugh with you and always make an effort to join in with you whilst you relax in the bar area. The location is perfect being literally one minute from Bar street and Club street. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Faliraki and would most certainly stay there again if I was to ever visit Rhodes.

i have recently come back form faliraki and i loved everything about it i will definatly be booking up again next year and will definatly be choosing iatridis apartments again. It was an amazing suprise to find that club and bar street where a 2second walk from the apartments and everythings so easy to find i had no overall complaints about the apartments. For me though the biggest enjoyment of the holiday was bubbles pool bar not only was it amazing food and service i can honestly say i made 2 amazing friends of maria and george they are the most sweet kind hearted people i have ever met and they both went out their way to help whoever needed it and it was an honer to meet them both i would certainly recommend them 2 anyone and have done so to all my friends if you are going on this holiday in the future all i can say is you are so lucky and i wish it was me lol. Apartments were spacious, basic but comfortable, Air Con quite expensive but well worth it which was set up and explained by the owner.
The apartments are in a fantastic location (despite the awful road to cross to get to beach etc). George and Maria were lovely and spoke great English....and with the biggest outdoor screen in Faliraki to watch the footie with cheap mind blowing cocktails what more could be asked for??!!
Lovely resturants along the road "MELROSE" make you feel very welcome with 10% off all your meals from friendly guy at the door. Also a few chinese restaurants dotted around and anything else that you fancy.
Bar Street fun but expensive, Q-Club a great laugh....free shots if dance on the bar!!
Club Street... Pacha live music each night and coctail bar just along from that have a huge range of cocktails....well over 100!!!
Had the best holiday ever!!! Will definately return someday soon.

Five of my friends and I set off to faliraki, not knowing what to expect espcially after watching club reps years ago! However, it wasnt as mad as we expected!
The apparments were clean enough, with everything we needed- we even managed to cook sweet and sour chicken 1 night! The maids cleaned our rooms twice a week and also provided us with fresh towels and sheets...the shower wasn't connected to the wall which could get annoying, but for the money (£448 each for 2 weeks) we couldnt complain.
There was no reception, which means if you've anything to complain about you need to wait till you see your rep- who are useless and never there anyway! The man who owns the appartments doesnt speak english, however can sort you out with air con (which is a must) and a safe! He was very helpful with us- he once killed a cockroach in one of our rooms and a spider :P
"Bubbles Bar" which is linked with the iatridis is excellent, the pool was always very clean, with plenty of sun loungers! The bar area and food is cheap and cheerful, both george and maria speak excellent english!
Overall, a great holiday, no complaints at all with appartments basic but clean! But really only for young and lively ones, i would never send my parents off here :P

What can I say, for the second year running a fantastic holiday, clean rooms good showers in the appartment. Bubbles breakfast, George and Maria are very very good at the Bubbles pool bar and the evening bar too. They are very friendly and you feel looked after. I will be booking again for a 3rd year! 300m from the night life of bar street and club street, 6mins walk to the beach.

Absolutley brilliant holiday, The apartment rooms were basic but considering you barely spend any time in there, They were exactly what you needed a place to sleep and shower before and after nights out drinking which is literally foot steps from your room thats how close you are to the Bar and Club streets which play pretty much any sort of music you could want, Yet you don't hear any of the noise so are able to sleep peacefully at night if your having a quiet night in..
George and Maria were wonderful hosts down at Bubbles Bar and the BBQ and Karaoke nights were a good laugh..
I would recommend the Iatridis to anyone between 17 - 30 looking for a partying holiday, But maybe not for couple or anyone looking for a peaceful holiday as it does tend to get abit loud when everyone comes back from a night out but the people in the apartments were all wonderful couldn't ask for better people to spend my time with there..
Overall its the best holiday I've ever had, Missing it loads!!!!!!

fantastic holiday, the apartments are all you need, and bubbles pool bar is fantastic and the toasties are amazing, i did not want to leave..... ever! you spend lots of money in the clubs an pubs but thats what you expect on holiday! you can get subway, mcdonalds and kfc and pizza hut so dont worry about getting home sick!!!!!

This was my second time to Faliraki, as I loved it so much last year!! and again it was fantasic!! :-P The studios were not bad, basic but clean, but what else do you need, your hardly in!! You can buy air con £40 for 1 week (strongly recommend!) and the safety box £20 for 1 week, from Mr Iatridis who dosnt speak any english but Maria and George are very happy to translate for you!
I would recomend these studios to 17 to about 35 years old - party goers, not a young family or older couples! When we stayed our room got cleaned every Wednesday and Saturday. We got clean sheets, towels and toilet paper. The studios are a 2 minute walk to Bar Street and Club Street which is handy. At the studios you dont hear any of the loud music playing or any cars going by on the busy road! (be aware crossing the road,as I nearly got killed...twice !!) If you go a bit further down, you get to the beach.
We stayed on the top floor, with a balcony with a nice view.
When you walk down Bar or Club Street at night, they are like vultures trying to get you in, its funny the first or second time, but when your there for 2 weeks solid, its gets pretty anoying!!
Bubbles Bar Pool, is lovely and clean. It is suitable for familes too. Maria and George are so friendly, they make you feel so welcome. We went to the BBQ and Karoke which was a good night, got a gd laugh!!

I have just come back from here and had a fantastic holiday. the rooms were basic and clean but the towels were only changed once in the week! Air conditioning and safe were available to which was good as i dont think i could have coped in that heat without the air con. think it was about 70 euros for both which was a bit expensive.
the pool at the bubbles bar was great and george and maria made us all feel very welcome. there are free sun loungers to (you have to pay on the beech) and the food there was lovely! the sunday lunch was the best. Even though our room faced the main road it wasnt noisy like i expected which was a bonus. The appartments are in such a fantastic location to, with about a 5 min walk to the bar / club street and other shops.
Overall superb place to stay, i would def go back in the future.
