Theatraki Studios & Apartments

What a friendly place this is. Clean ,comfortable ,peaceful. Pool super, pool bar good, staff fantastic. Must be the first time I haven't gone into my accomodation and said"I am not staying here" instead I said" wow this is nice !"
Kos Town fab, lots of nice places to eat or just sit and watch the world go by.
Enough ruins to keep any one happy!
Will we go back, ------ you bet we will !

Oh my goodness we had such a lovely time here. The staff were lovely and we were made to feel very welcome. We were 3 girls away from husbands and out to party hard. The owner allowed our 4th friend to stay in the apartment too, even though she hadn't booked. We didn't even get chucked out when my best friend fell in the pool at 6am. Kos town was buzzing, although we didn't meet any English, accept touts. This wasn't a problem to us as we loved the Greeks. I would definitely recommend the place and would love to return.

This was by far the best holiday I have ever been on!
The staff of the apartments were really friendly and we made really good friends with them all. Especially Demitri and the American girl (I forget her name?).
It was always kept clean and tidy and the cleaners were really friendly and helpful too. Try the bbq night, its gorgeous!!
I would deffo use these apartments again!!
Kos Town itself was amazing and really came to life at night! We never had a bad meal and there are so many restaurants to go around that they could feed an army!! You have to try Don Antoinios just by Dolphin Square! Me and my partner went four times during our holiday! It's amazing!
If you can go to the Water park just up the road, me and my bf really showed our ages there and went back twice!!
All in all I would deffo go back to Kos Town and the same apartments again! We are saving up to go again!

Had the best holiday ever in Kos Town! I could not fault Theatraki apartments! The staff were very friendly, pool area and bar was excellent and the rooms were clean and spacious. Kos Town has everything you need at just a short walk away. Perfect for couples and families alike.
P.S You must go to Tingaki beach (13euros in a taxi) and the Lido Waterpark was also a great day out!

Just returned from 1 week’s holiday at the Theatraki Apartments. The apartments were clean and spacious, pool was very clean. By the end of the week there was only us and 1 other family that was British staying there (all there rest were Dutch of German).
Kos town was about a 10 min walk (if you don’t get lost!). The best bar in town was definitely Blues Brothers (a big hello to Nikos and Neave). Bar Street is really narrow and got overcrowded. Kos Town is a beautiful place to visit but as a British holidaymaker I felt very outnumbered by the Dutch and German. There is unlimited places to eat. Altogether a brilliant holiday though!

Just been to Kos for 2 weeks and stayed at the Theatraki and I have to say it was the best holiday I have had while travelling abroad.
The accommodation was first class and the owners extremely friendly you must try the barbi night top stuff.
It’s just of the main road but there is no noise except for the lonely cow in the fields behind the apartments.
The old town is full of character and there are more than enough tavernas to keep an army going.
If anyone is going say hello to Demitri behind the bar and give dolly the dog a big stroke from the Whitters.

We couldn't fault the Theatraki in any way.
The staff were always friendly and willing to help. Excellent location as well, just far enough out of town to be peaceful, with town only a short stroll away.
This was my first experience of Kos, and I will be back (hopefully at the same apartments).
