AWFUL...What a disappointment, the location is terrible, the beach is dirty, the hotel is supposed to be a 5star but the rooms were more like a 3star (travel lodge style - very basic, we had paid extra for an upgraded sea view as well!).
The food was repetitive, hotel staff very unhelpful, the weather was cold and wet. Don’t venture into town or you will get ripped off by the locals who are very intimidating. The hotel is very popular with Germans.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or Mahdia, I would rather go camping in Blackpool in December without a sleeping bag!
