A group of 29 of us just came back and had a great time. Prague is as cheap as chips no matter what anyone tells you.
Hotel is basic but clean and room are pretty spacious. We got towels and sheets changed when we were there, showers were cool. Cheap at reception for drinks.
Only 10mins walk from Wenceslas square but if you stick to a couple of streets of it its a lot cheaper but even corona is only 99czk (£2) in the big clubs which is a lot cheaper than here.
Eating out is good value for money with plenty to pick from. We went to buffalo bills which was great, big portions and quite fast service.
Go to the 3 Lions Pub as the breaky and Sunday roast are wicked.
The only thing I would say I didn't like was the attitude of some of the locals . We were spending some money in bars and some were really ungrateful.
I took £200 with me and came back with £80 and I drunk and ate all weekend. Definitely go back to hotel and Prague again.

The hotel was good compared to what I was expecting. I was part of the group of 29 and had a brilliant weekend.
Its not that far a walk however on a night we all got taxis home. Beware of the taxis - we all got in taxis from the same club and were charged different prices one taxi being 200 koruna and another being a 1000. Taxis are a big rip off.
Prague is defo cheap I only spent £80 all weekend and drank a lot and ate out all the time. Would recommend Prague and the city club hotel.
However, it wouldn’t kill the locals to crack a smile once in a while, customer service is not their strong point.
