This little hotel is quite nice however there were some things which were not great.
We stayed in room 102 which was pleasent looking and spacious. The staff were very helpful and all spoke English. We were provided with a map of Rome immediately and told about the facilities @ the hotel and local area info.
There is an excellent restaurant within liteally 1 minute of the hotel called L'insalata ricca. It you turn right from the main doors and follow the path around you walk right by it.
The maids attended daily and cleaned the room to a high standard and there was a tv with satellite in the room too which you have to pay a deposit of 20 euros and was returned when the remotes were handed in.
There were however some drawbacks.
Tha bathroom upon arrival was a bit mouldy like the shower curatin.
There is a nightclub right next to the hotel too which is quite loud if the windows are open however there is air conditioning in every room if you need some air.
Another thing which really bothered our stay there its that there was smell of smoke coming from somewhere!!!
The hotel was completely a non smoking hotel but somehow cigarette smoke was lingaring.
The breakfast was not bad the cappucino came out from a machine but the croissants were fresh everyday.
All in all I would recommend this hotel for people on a budget.
The metro is not as close to the hotel as they make out its a good 15-20 walk and you have to cross quite a lot of main roads so be careful!!!!

Hotel basic but nice. Linen changed daily. Bathroom facility was a wet room rather than a standard bathroom.
Hotel staff very good. Breakfast satisfactory.
Location very good for bus routes and underground and the public transport prices are excellent. Local restaurants provide good food, good service and value for money.
If you go to the coliseum make sure you do not have your photo taken with a roman unless you want to part with 20 euro per photo taken with your own camera!

The hotel is situated in an area that is within walking distance of the sights, if you prefer to use public transport these too are within easy walking distance from the hotel.
There is a train station close by along with numerous bus stops, the 23 bus and the 175 are the better services for the sights, the hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly, breakfast is basic but filling.
The restaurants in the area are also very good and inexpensive.
