We stayed for 1 week and the rooms are quite small and basic
but this was ok for a week.
The rooms can be quite noisy as located near the main round
in to Mastrihari and if your room is at the back then the bin men will wake you up at 0530am.
The owner lives in the block and is always on hand if you need
anything.
The rooms are cleaned out everyday except Sunday and sheets/towels twice a week.

Marika will go out of her way to make you comfortable from supplying you with a fan to giving you a very useful cream for heat rash. She even once moved all our furniture to a room on the other side because it was cooler and she knew we'd prefer it, and would be tired when we arrived back from our day trip so could not do it ourselves.
I could not recommend staying at Marika studios more.
