Fatih Apartments

This place is amazing - We loved everything about it, The look, the feel, the atmosphere, the food and most of all the people. We have never before stayed in a place like it but have searched for many years. The apartment that we had was small but had everything that we needed and was spotless. We always had clean towels when needed and the bins were emptied regularly; we were only there for one week and the sheets were changed for us. The apartments are tucked away in quiet spot and it is a lovely walk into town (only takes about 5 - 10 mins). We felt very safe and secure there. I dont know when the family ever get time to sleep cause they always seemed to be around and nothing was ever too much trouble. I had many conversations with Rose about cooking, which was amazing to find out about Turkish cuisine and Fatih's dad cooked us a 6 course meal the night we were leaving - it was amazing to say the least. I would go on and on about this place it. Please try it for yourself, you will not be disappointed. We are going back this year and cant wait.

We arrived at fatih apartments on 22.07.10 on a very hot day. We were met by Rose who contrary to the reviews we had read was quite cold and formal. having requested a room on the ground floor when we booked our holiday six months ago we were given what i can only describe as an attic room. Very very small with a spiral staircase leading to it. I was shocked not only by the size of the room but also how narrow the staircase leading to it was. it was certainly an accident waiting to happen. Experience at the hotel was dreadful it was problems from day one the staff whci consisted of an ill rose ignorant husband and a 14 yr old son were clearly under staffed. The husband refused to rectify any problems like dodgy electrics, air con not working or dirty rooms claiming he spoke no english. Everything with him would be sorted out tomorrow which never came. I could right an essay as to why you should not waste your money booking this hotel. We visit Turkey every year and this has been our 1st bad experience. These people are totally ignorant and money motivated. be warned and book and your peril.

Myself and two friends have just returned from our second visit, and have already agreed and we will be back next year!

Dalyan it self is lovely with plenty to do, bus to the beach easy, cheap and frequent

Just returned with my mother from a week at thr Fatih Aprt Hotel in Dalyan. First time we have visited Dalyan and we are definitely returning, with no inclination to stay elsewhere. On arrival we were warmy welcomed by Fatih, the owner, and istantly relaxed in the comfy covered pool-bar area. Turkish night mid-week was excellent, without a belly-dancer in sight and instead just excellent food, presentation and ambience. Fatih really made an effort get things just right. The Hotel is much smarter than the brochures suggest and you get just the right amount of attention and 'alone-time' from the owners, who are on hand for anything that you need and are always genuinely friendly and entertaining. Rooms are on the small side, but this is made perfectly clear in the brochure and wasn't a problem to us, as I was sleeping on a sofa-bed which was perfectly comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless (the first shower I have seen in Turkey that doesn't leak) and parts of the Hotel had just been renovated, with traditional Turkish outdoor seating areas and comfy bean-bag chairs by the pool, beautiful gardens and atmospheric outdoor lighting. We are already looking into going back at the end of this Summer and would recommend this Hotel to anyone who enjoys spectacular scenery, a pleasant 15 minute walk to the town centre and excellent relaxed, friendy service from a family-run hotel. Would also recommend the family restaurant - Denizati - for a special occasion; we celebrated my mother's 65 birthday there and were treated to a cake, sparklers, firework and decorations on the table - it was very sweet.

Simple and clean rooms, but the real attraction of this apartment is the people. Fatih and Rose can't do enough for you and this made our holiday a real winner. The pool and bar area are great and the food, always cooked from fresh was fantaistic. Together with the rest of the town, we have found an apartment and resort we will visit again in 2009.

Our first time in Turkey and it was just amazing - Fatih, Rose and family just made the whole holiday feel like you are staying with friends. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, if a little small. Nothing was ever too much trouble - even bacon sandwiches to watch the Turkish Grand Prix on the big screen!!!

What a little gem, from the first moment you arrive to the last you are treated like one of the family. Rose is a great cook and the food she prepared for the Turkish Night was fabulous. Fatih looks after the bar and once he know what you like to drink you only have the look up from your sunbed and your drink is there.

Apartments are small and basic but very clean, all are one bedroom with the usual facilities for self catering. Only 15/20 mins walk into Dalyan plenty of very good restaurants and bars. Loved the whole area and definitely on our list to go back to.

When me and my family arrived at the Fatih Apart Hotel, we were all very tirred due to our late night flight. Fatih, Rosa's son, invited us in. The pool side bar was lovely, with a wide screen T.V, a kitchen, bar area, and plenty of room to sit.

He carried our suitcases, and showwed us to our apartment, (we had booked for a 3 bedroomed apartment). It was the best apartment I have ever stayyed in abroard! We were amazed at the bathroom because we were treated with a bath and shower! The lounge was spacious, with eleven seats! The kitchen had hot platted, kettle, glasses, utensils, plates, sink, cupboards, bin, dinning table and chairs. My favourit bit about the kitchen, is that we had a gorgeous pool view!

Me and my family will definitly be comming back next year!

p.s- Rosa is the best cook in Turkey! If you go there, you must try one of her meal nights, they are very special!

FATIH APARTMENT HOTEL DALYAN TURKEY. We found the balcony ample for our needs there is a table and 2chairs so there is room to sit and relax and have a cup of tea or breakfast. It is ideal for couples. There is plenty of sun-beds around the pool for sun-bathing. Hope this helps.
