Our first time in Turkey and it was just amazing - Fatih, Rose and family just made the whole holiday feel like you are staying with friends. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, if a little small. Nothing was ever too much trouble - even bacon sandwiches to watch the Turkish Grand Prix on the big screen!!!
Can't wait to be abe to go back. Thanks.

What a little gem, from the first moment you arrive to the last you are treated like one of the family. Rose is a great cook and the food she prepared for the Turkish Night was fabulous. Fatih looks after the bar and once he know what you like to drink you only have the look up from your sunbed and your drink is there.
Apartments are small and basic but very clean, all are one bedroom with the usual facilities for self catering. Only 15/20 mins walk into Dalyan plenty of very good restaurants and bars. Loved the whole area and definitely on our list to go back to.

We arrived at the Fatih Apartments in the middle of a very hot afternoon. Rose, the owner offered us a drink and insisted that she and her daughter help us with our bags.
From this moment we were treated as one of the family, not just another guest.
We were a party of two adults and one 12 year old, we were joined for our second week by my sister and her two children. All of us had a fantastic holiday and found the people of Dalyan exceptionally friendly.
The apartments are small, with minimal facilities. However, they were cleaned every other day, the whole area was kept spotless, the pool area is a nice size, big enough for your own space and yet small enough to make friends.
Rose and her family make staying at these apartments worth double what you actually pay for them.
It is a 10 minute walk (approx) into town. Here there is a great selection of bars and restaurants. The market on Saturday is great and the post office is open until late.
The majority of people we met were on repeat visits, just like we will be on future visits.

When we got to Fatih it was the early hours the owner rose was waiting to meet us. this hotel is family run they do there best to treat you like one of the family. the room are small but clean with air-con. All food is very good & freshly grown in the garden.
There is a bar that stay open until the early hours if you want to stay up they will tell you tales of Daylan. Rose seems to work 24 hours a day but always as a smile for every body. The Turkish people are ace, the family have a restaurant in Daylan it’s a very short walk it's called the seahorse the food is the best I've tasted in all my years of traveling.
You get discount to if you eat there if you are staying in the hotel. Daylan is the nicest place you could ever wish to stay in I hope to go back very soon. There are loads of shops, cafes restaurants in Daylan, loads of water taxis to the take you any were you want to go at very cheap rates.
There is a main post office that stays open until 12 midnight. When we left the hotel we were on a night flight the family stayed with us till we were picked up I couldn’t fault them in any way. I've come home with wonderful memories that will last me a life time.
So many bargains of designer stuff so cheap my teenage son loved it. There is a market every Saturday it's quite big. A wonderful holiday had by all.

We arrived at fatih apartments on 22.07.10 on a very hot day. We were met by Rose who contrary to the reviews we had read was quite cold and formal. having requested a room on the ground floor when we booked our holiday six months ago we were given what i can only describe as an attic room. Very very small with a spiral staircase leading to it. I was shocked not only by the size of the room but also how narrow the staircase leading to it was. it was certainly an accident waiting to happen. Experience at the hotel was dreadful it was problems from day one the staff whci consisted of an ill rose ignorant husband and a 14 yr old son were clearly under staffed. The husband refused to rectify any problems like dodgy electrics, air con not working or dirty rooms claiming he spoke no english. Everything with him would be sorted out tomorrow which never came. I could right an essay as to why you should not waste your money booking this hotel. We visit Turkey every year and this has been our 1st bad experience. These people are totally ignorant and money motivated. be warned and book and your peril.
