This is the first time we have been to Marmaris and we will certainly be booking up again for next year at Seda. The owners were fantastic - our air conditioning was a little noisy on the first night but it was no problem and we were moved to another room for the night and the air conditioning for fixed the next day. Billy and Andy in the bar - well what can I say - fantastic and they really made the holiday for us! They are so friendly and they will do anything for you. If you need a boat trip organise, they will know someone. If you need a jeweller, they will know someone - there advise was brilliant and helpful!
The chef is brilliant (although cheats at pool haha) but honestly the food is fantastic and for the last few days of the holiday it was just far too hot to go anywhere so we sat about the pool and had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and I would recommend getting a couple of baguette to take away for the airport they are wonderful. I would thoroughly recommend Seda to anyone and will be booking again for later this year.

I have to say I really enjoyed this holiday, the hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were absolutly fantastic. I'am a wheelchair user, I have limited mobility, but did manage to climb the 5 stairs upto the apartments, if however on a bad day I could not manage the stairs the staff helped me up the ramp, they were never far away and couldnt do enough to help me, The apartments were bigger than I expected and there was ample room for the wheelchair to get round, The bathroom was fine the only recommendation I would make is to have a hand rail put in the shower..... Oh and possibly a little ramp built for the two steps to get down to the pool area.
Seda is perfect if you want a laugh and just a break away from it all. In the words of Arnie "I'll be back" :o)

great place, friendly helpful staff very clean and excellent value .
location is good, nice and peaceful, short walk to centre of mamaris.
local bars and shops nearby, im currently trying to book again for
this year taking brother and sister in law along. looking forward to
seeing the staff again .also having a meal in bar ,and have a go on wicked slide

Seda apart otel is in my opinion the best place i've stopped in marmaris. Considering star ratings i've stayed 4 star and found seda better. apartments have 2 rooms and bathroom. Also cooking facilities + fridge great for your bottled water etc. Every day cleaner called in changed towels and cleaned. Seda staff can not do enough for you they help with any problems you have. Not that theres any problems to have at seda. I can say i will go there again but i have already i been going seda now for 9 years. I only just become a pc user and found this site. So thought i should add a review. If you going to marmaris for your holiday Seda will not let you down. Good family run apartments good food served cheap saves cooking. just read other reviews they speak for themselves.

To our relief we were transferred to Seda from the Longbeach. Seda offers a warm welcome and a lovely friendly atmosphere. The food is good and the staff are great. The pool was nice and clean, our two boys thoroughly enjoyed the slide, the pool, the pool table, the PS2 and the antics of Freddy and Billy.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality hotel where adults can relax and kids can play, we will definitely go again.

Have now stayed at the Seda for the past 5 years. It is like coming home! The owners and staff are extremly friendly and helpful. The apartments are spotless. It is situated in a quiet location, but 30 seconds walk to bars and restaurants and easy bus ride to centre of town. My husband and I have just booked again for June 2008. I cannot recommend highly enough.

We had the best holiday ever and cried when it was home time. Billy and Freddy are amazing and can’t wait to go back. We would recommend it to anyone you will have the time of your life.
The hotel staff are all friendly and funny even the security guard hedo is a laugh, great rooms, fabulous pool slides ace if you go down it on a lilo.
Foods is good and great value for money. You will never be without anything recommend a fishbowl and sex on the beach they put a whole bottle o vodka in it and loads of sparklers and straws etc.
You have to go to Seda at least once and you won’t want to go anywhere else ever again.

Just returned from my third stay at the Seda Apartments. Cannot recommend enough, as I love it there. It is a small family run hotel, where everyone makes you feel welcome from the minute you arrive.
Located in a quieter area of Marmaris, it is only a short walk to the beach or a bus ride to the town centre.
The staff are entertainment enough, but it is the small things they do that make the difference, always making a special effort for birthdays or anniversaries.
The rooms are spotlessly clean and the food in the restaurant is delicious and fabulous value for money... I just want to go back!

The hotel management couldn’t have been friendlier. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Faraway from the centre for peace and quiet but close enough for entertainment. There was no entertainment provided in September, but, the bar staff were entertainment in them. Food was excellent in the restaurant. I would highly recommend to anyone and our friends and we intend to return next year.

Very nice apartments, this was our 3rd visit to Marmaris in 14 months and this was the best place we have stayed. We are going to book for early next summer again.
It is a family run place where everyone is made welcome(without any hassle), the rooms are immaculate with large balconies and we would recommend the Turkish night held at the hotel, its a great laugh and excellent value.
Its in a good position as well, not to far into town but peaceful. All in all a lovely place.
